When I said Chris Floyd went well beyond to help me out of a bind, I am not over exaggerating! My battery in my car died on me on a Sunday evening when every car repair shop was closed. I happen to call that store location because it occurred over in the same area. Professional, courteous and helped me out of a real bind! I told him what occurred and he gave me his thoughts (in saying it sounded like the battery died). Due to the time of the day it was and me not wanting to leave my car and having no where to have it towed, he offered to bring over the battery I ordered from the store he is at once the store closed. Not only did he bring it, but he removed old one and replaced the new one for me. The negative side of the battery was corroded and is a while to detach terminal from old battery (he did most of the work). To run across an employee there who understood my predicament with it being Sunday evening and going out of his way—- well speaks volumes of his character and what a valuable employee he must be for AutoZone!

Chris saved my life. I purchased a battery from the Lithia Springs location and the terminal was not tightened. As I left my college reunion, the car shut off right before I got on the highway. I eventually made it to the AutoZone on Moreland and Chris tightened the terminal. Chris is indeed a hero in my book. The service was awesome and I am very grateful.

Stood for 45 minutes at the counter waiting to check out while a female employee scrolled on her Facebook on the AutoZone computer and talked to her boyfriend on her earbuds instead of helping customers. 3 other employees were in the back the whole time. 5 other customers walked in, waited, and walked out without making a purchase because of the wait. Until a separate employee finally arrived for a new shift and clocked in to help. Time to rethink the staffing.

I had a problem with my battery and one of the mechanics Chris went above and beyond to help me get back up and running, Even stayed after closing hours with no issue his services alone were 10/10.

AutoZone is a good place to get your parts from they're very pricey but I usually get most of my things there you guys should go check it out cuz if you know I don't know it's the place to get your parts room turn like I always say be blessed not stressed strive for success and everything else is the rest

The first Auto Zone I've been to and received honest and excellent customer service. I was told by a mechanic I needed an expensive part for my car because of the code I called Auto Zone I spoke to a gentleman named Aubrey and he advised me to come down so he can look at my car before I buy the part I went to autozone and Aubrey did a full check and found I didn't need the part I called for he helped me get all the things I did need and checked all my fluids and filled them up as well. After I left I still had a minor issue and he assisted me over the phone I was was impressed with Aubrey he went above and beyond. He's a gem and definitely a keeper. Thanks Aubrey.

I ordered a battery on Monday 1/8/2024 through their app. and chose this store for pickup since it was closer to my office. The first thing I noticed , the store was clean and seemed to be well stocked. I waited maybe 3 minutes before a young man offered his assistance. I gave him my name and ordered number. The guy next to him said, "Yes, we have 1 left."The young man (I didn't get his name) came back and said, "I don't see it back there." The older guy, I later found out his Name is "Arshon," walked back and found the Battery. I was checked out, and Mr. Arshon walked me to my car because the battery was heavy. He waited patiently while I fumbled through my purse for my keys! Thank you!!! Great customer service!!! ????
