If you’re of a lighter color you’re going to be waiting for awhile because the employees are in no rush to help you and straight up act like you aren’t there while they slowly move about doing other things , waited in line thirty minutes before I was even acknowledged and I know they had seen me but still acted as if I wasn’t there and they were in no hurry to help me . I’ll go a few miles to another store next time

Bad service, they charged me double the shipping amount of what the piece cost, and they did not comply with fast shipping, they sent it to me as standard shipping and they say that they can't do anything

Had a bad battery, got it checked out here. Still under warranty, they replaced it no fuss, in and out in 30 minutes.

Arshon was such a big help! I had a problem with my A/C he educated me on the product I would need. He went above and beyond to go to my car and recharge my A/C for me. He even waited to make sure it would work. It made my day thank you for the great customer service! I will be back to this location in the future !

I just had the best experience at Autozone today. I needed a battery for my car and key fob. I walked in and was professionally greet by Jani. He was courteous, respectful and very professional. He offered to assist me with the key fob and jumped right on installing my new battery. Then, he took it a step further and offered to check my other system. Thanks for the excellent customer service. I will be back!

31 minutes on hold. In that time before it took the guy to place me on hold three times, I could've ordered the parts this location doesn't have, on time and had them sent to that store next day, but every time he picked up the phone it sounded like horsing around.
