Great service on this visit. The young lady cashier found me a deal on a battery, and the gentleman put it in for me. No wait. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.

Horrible, Horrible, lies. Never go to this location. I purchased a new battery 400.00 total. The battery was dead. The next day I called and the man I spoke to said to bring the battery in and it would be replaced. I get there and no one claimed to have even accepted the phone call. Policy indicated the battery needed to be tested, and their tester wasn't working. For a brand new battery that was just purchased one day earlier? No lousy store policy justifes this for a brand new battery, receipts, and order number shown. Even the lady that rang me up did nothing. There is no justification for this treatment. No manager, no nothing. I highly recommend that the manager and staff on duty be fired. A very bad transaction of business.

Great customer service. Devin went above and beyond to help me find the product I needed, and even though the computer indicated that there weren't any left in inventory, he checked and found that there was in fact one more left. He showed me how to use it and made sure I poured it in the correct place. Awesome service. Highly recommend.

The store itself is well stocked and clean and your associates are professional. It's the outside I dread. The pathway that is at the rear of the parking lot should be fenced off! The parking lot looks like it has never been pressured washed since your opening! And unsavory looking characters lurking around the perimeter of your building is UNSAFE! I can go down the street to O'Reilly's and not see this. IJS
