This location is unmarked. No signage anywhere, including the parking garage. Was charged an extra hour for turning in the car late because I couldn't find it. I told the attendant that the car had bald tires and windshield wipers that didn't work and actually scraped the glass. This is a car that they gave me and I drove through hard rain, hydroplaning. The attendant did not care and didn't notate anything. When I called customer service, they were argumentative and said that I had no proof about the condition of the car. DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS OR AT THIS LOCATION.

Words fail me. My pregnant wife arrives to find a notice saying "back in 10 mins". Finally calls the number only to be told by the teller that he was on a break "and not coming back". 30mins later he comes back only to say there are no cars available and she has to take an Uber to another location.

Very poor customer service! Avis has the reservation, but had no car, and made no attempt to contact customer beforehand, nor is apologetic at the rental counter. No warning on confirmation email to warn customers there is a chance there is no car, even with a reservation. Very unreliable rental car company!! Be aware of their poor service.

There were no cars available for the 30 confirmed reservations at 9AM, and the employee only managed to inform everyone after 30 minutes of standing in line. Blamed it on a "glitch in the system", but it seems like it has been going on for months. Perhaps it is time to fix that glitch and not leave people with reservations stranded without vehicles?

Used to be reliable and could get a car when I had a confirmed reservation. The last 3 times I’ve been here over the past 6 months, every single time I’ve been told they do not have a car available for me even though i had a reservation.
Super frustrating and bad service.

Me and the wife plan a vacation to see family in metro Atlanta. We set our reservation well in advance. Once the day came to arrive and pick up the car .the representative Tay and manger/owner Babajide Oloyede told us we don’t have a car available for you . I informed and presented them our reservation. Tay called the manger Babajide he said he sees reservations but there’s no cars available . They didn’t want to help us knowing we came form far and dismissed us like on to the next person. Me and the family was total shocked . Especially since we reserve our Car in advance .

i love Avis as a company but the staff in this location specifically are rude, especially the older man working valet. Also make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to return the car. They send you on a wild goose chase maze to do it with not a single sign to tell you where the car drop off is.

Booked an intermediate SUV for a 13 hour drive one way trip. When I arrived they told me I could only have a minivan or pickup truck - neither of which I am comfortable driving for that many hours. Another person was there but didn’t have their affairs in order (someone else’s name on their credit card?!) but the desk refused to give me that vehicle even though that person also didn’t rent that size vehicle and was being upgraded. I asked for a discount because gas over 13 hours will be a lot more expensive than what I had rented and the desk guy said I was wrong and they’re the same gas mileage. Then, a manager called the desk back just as I was checking out with the minivan and they were clearly discussing my situation again but when he hung up and I asked if they found an alternative for me, the front desk guy says “no he wanted to cancel my reservation completely”. It was completely Infuriating.To make matters worse the minivan was filthy inside and out with garbage underneath the seats, sticky buttons on the dash, fingerprints all over the back windows, tar on the door and dead bugs all over the windshield. On my second day of the rental I discovered there was no windshield wiper fluid when the dead bugs were smearing across the window during the rain and then the display screen went completely black and non functional so I couldn’t use my directions or listen to music except from my phone directly! For 8 hours! Lastly, when I dropped off the car at the Avis at my final destination the front desk person was shocked by how many miles the car had 68,000 saying that you never see rentals with that many miles…These Atlanta Loews Avis people dumped a bad car on me that they wanted to get rid of on a one way trip. Horrible customer service. I will go out of my way to avoid renting from Avis again.

Had a bad experince here a couple months ago so Avis sent me a voucher to use. I decided to give them another chance- big mistake. I booked my car a week in advance and when I showed up they told me they were over booked and had no cars for me. I want to mention that I am an Avis President Club tier member which is supposed to guarantee me a car, but obviously TIER STATUS WITH AVIS IS MEANINGLESS. I had to call a number to get a refund of the voucher they gave me from a previous bad experience...lol. Ruined all my plans for the weekend-I am done with Avis!

No wonder why this location get such a low review! HORRIBLE customer service, the worse we experienced in the United States.Manager / owner “Babajide Oloyede” acted with ZERO respect (over the phone) when we had an issue with reservation and pricing and decided to cancel our reservation. AVIS should be ashamed they give their “name and logo” to this “independent operator”

My worst experience in a car rental, I paid by web and when I picked up the car, Marcellus helped me at the counter and the ordeal begun, computers didn’t work, I spent a lot of time waiting for the car, the entire process was manual and finally when I return the car, Avis wants to charge 450 dlls for presence of animal hair. Never rent in Avis.
