STUDENTS STAY AWAY. This is when this place was called BROADSTONE MIDTOWN. I could give a zero star if that existed. I am an international student who applied for an application in July 2022. They rejected our application after paying 500 dollars for the application fee stating that the number is a foreign one and that they cannot perform the e-verify thing since they send out the link to a US phone number. Imagine getting rejected because the management could not send a simple link to the email. Again we re-applied but this time we called them and asked them every step making sure that we won't get rejected. We asked them about financial documents etc an they confirmed that if we showed the funds they would accept our application. And again and they rejected stating we don't have funds around 54000 dollars (which by the way we had it was just in our parents name with an affidavit stating that they would be paying our rent). My issue is that why not just state that international applicants cannot apply? Why did you encourage us to re-apply? anyway they owed us 500 dollars refund (250 each on every application) and they scammed us of that. When we finally came to the US and enquired about our refund they said there is a change of management and they are still processing it. Then again within a few months we visited them and they accused us of being late mind it we have classes, shifted countries etc. We got SCAMMED. Its been 2 years and I am graduating they still haven't refunded the amount. The people we were talking to in the management: Savannah Gray. Very poor management and ripping off money for no reason. I understand that there are rules and we didn't fit them but at least give the money you owe us.

I love my apartment at Broadstone Midtown!The Assistant Manager Brandon is absolutely amazing and an asset to this property! Every minor issue that I had, he took care of immediately!I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the building, the maintenance team and my friendly neighbors!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The place is beautiful but management is messy and unprofessional. I wouldn’t dare give them my money willingly.

I recently toured this community and was overall very impressed with the value it offers. The leasing agent Carter was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he guide me through the apartment itself, but he also shared valuable insights about the entire surrounding area. This community has definitely earned a top spot on my list.

I’m moving to ATL and spent time looking at apts this weekend. I stopped to check out this place, on the fly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the gentleman in office, Carter, took time to fit me in with a quick show of the space. Definitely high quality of service, attentive, genuinely personable, and a confident conversationalist - all the interpersonal skills you want in your staff. While waiting to view the apt, Carter effortlessly assisted the needs of several tenants. If anything, outside of high quality of the property, he’s convinced me that the Broadstone is gonna be a welcoming new home. Thank you for assuring me that moving to another state isn’t crazy and wild.

I scheduled a tour for today, and while the units I saw were nice, if they do not have a floorplan you're interested in available to show, they do not have any photos or videos of other floorplans... Just the pictures on the website. You'd essentially have to move into a unit sight unseen. When I asked extremely basic questions about the specific units I was interested in (such as where does the unit face? does it have a balcony? do the closet sizes differ from the floorplan online?) the leasing agent was extremely uninformed and didn't have an answer. At the end of my tour, I asked whether they had any current specials. I was told "We're leasing at 90% right now, so we don't need to run any specials" a simple no would've sufficed.If the floorplan you're interested in is available, I'd say go for it, but otherwise, don't waste your time. You won't be able to get any sense of what kind of unit you'd be moving into.

Stanley, the Leasing Manager, is a problem solver and a true leader. I cannot say enough good things about him. He has turned this apartment community into a place worth staying at. We are gladly going into our second year here and would highly recommend this community if you want to live somewhere where the staff cares and gets things done! ??

I love this community. The bike storage and the dog grooming station are awesome and Stanley is the best! Highly recommend!
