Love this location and the doctors/staff are amazing, and so knowledgeable. They've been taking care of my two dogs for nearly five years - with preventative care/dental cleanings/emergency visits.

AWFUL communication and I don’t feel like they actually cared about my pets well being and long term health. I haven’t had such horrible experiences in the past here, but now I will not be returning.

They consistently allow themselves to be overbooked. They do not have good bedside manners. And they only accept a handful of dogs each day. Do yourself a favor and book with GoodVet.

My Mr.Tiny is so full of life when I pick him up I really appreciate how good you take care of him while I'm away and he's getting his shots. He does not come back in a bad mood. He's always in a great mood which makes me happy thank you so much. I appreciate the love and so does he

Love the service and attention that they give to my dog. He loves them too. They spend time checking him and making sure that he is doing good and he has the best medicine for him

My dog went in for a teeth cleaning. He came out struggling to breath, but as I was told nothing. I had to take him to Blue Pearl which cost 5,320.00 to fix what Banfield did. The vet at Blue Pearl wasn’t able to reach the Banfield vet. They were told he was a reserve vet. I was never told this. Never use a reserve vet. I was promised a called back from Banfield to fix the problem. It never happened. The whole experience was beyond devastating.

10/10!! Banfield Buckhead is totally worth the drive past the Ponce location which is less than a 15 min walk. The staff in buckhead are kind and personable. They are patient and answer concerns you have as well as treat you and your pet as family.

Corporate greed. I came here to get my cat tested for allergies bc he has always had an aggressive scratch. These folks wanted to do everything but test him for allergies. They tried to charge us a ridiculous amount of money without even diagnosing the issue.On top of that, I agree with all the other reviews - it is insane that they have appointments but it is still drop off/ pick up. This place was also nasty. Covered in dust and cobwebs which means nobody is sanitizing exam rooms in between patients.Literally go anywhere else. My recommendation is to find a VCA clinic near you for a professional trustworthy experience.The doctor is sweet tho!

Why is Drop-off/Pick-up the expectation? I made an appointment for a specific time on a particular day. What was the point of the appointment if the veterinarian isn't going to be free to see my dog until 2-3 hours after my appointment time? I want to be able to go in at the time that I reserved and have my pet seen at that time so that I get get on with my day. Frustrating!

On last night, I found my little Furry baby "Ziggy" deceased. He was the best little rescue dog ever! I had him for 5 years. I can honestly say that Banfield in Buckhead was always there when I needed themShakira was, and still is one of the best at that location! The Vets there always took their time with Ziggy, they made sure he was up to date on his shots too.Even though I do not have my little "Ziggy Pop" any longer, I recommend Banfield in Buckhead....they are awesome!

I was moving back to my old neighborhood and considering a new vet. I asked a young man walking out of PetSmart about the Banfield in the store. His was a very polite gentleman, and his responses made me feel comfortable. I signed up and, during our first appointment, was introduced to the veternarian who was the guy who helped me make the decision. I have two special needs animals who receive great care whenever needed from my neighborhood Banfield.

Thank all for your kindness during our visit on 11/16/23. Ms. Shakira, not enough words for your lovely being. Dr. Bacerra, what an outstanding human and Doctor. And one more amazing person which I DID not have her name. You were wearing a surgical masks. You were amazing. Few places have such a welcoming and caring staff. I sincerely hope the high ups at corporate take the time to read these reviews and appreciate the excellent care you give our precious pets and their parents. Thank you, we appreciate you.
