A joke of employees who think that being ignorant and lying to customers, is their right. I asked for assistance and was met with sarcasm, blatant, disrespect, and an obvious lack of care. Each and every employee is nothing but a piece of garbage.

My experience here was the worst! I got my debit card after 4 months, however Briana was extremely helpful and she processed my refund in a minute.

Why is it so difficult to file dispute and review files thru email...it's 2023 and you still want a fax or mail in documents? You just lost and account...thanks for that unempathic response. It's definitely time for new banker.

I opened an account, assuming this bank would actually put some effort into resolving issues that came up... I didn't even expect issues. I have requested many times for them to send money to my credit cards and they have not done so. They have ruined my credit and have no interest in figuring out how to make payments actually go through with my credit card company.

I opened an Estate Account. Was told to contact the Estate department for additional information. I contacted the Estate department on August 2, I provided all the documents to have monies transferred. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to complete the process and get approval. I called back October 2, because, the transfer has not been done. I was told, you provided all the documents but, now we have to submit it too the higher ups for review, and that’s going to take a couple of weeks for approval, she also said I’ll expedite it. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and AGGRAVATED to have been LIED too by this bank’s Estate Representatives. IS ANYONE WORKING IT DOES NOT TAKE 2 MONTHS TOO REVIEW CERTIFIED DEATH CERTIFICATES AND COURT DOCUMENTS. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS.. Bank of America is an EMBARRASSMENT.

This is a review of corporate. We had a car loan through B of A but recently discovered they secretly surveilled customers considered to be persons of interest following the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol and handed over their private information to federal investigators. This is not a police state. We subsequently canceled our loan with them. Just because someone was in DC for a protest doesn't mean they participated in a riot. We have a right to privacy. If B of A can't abide that, they need to disclose it before people do business with them.

I am not in the continental USA. I am in the early stage of having a business account set up in advance of my physical presence in the USA however I am not able to have a conversation with an employee (very bad phone lines, when they do answer I was asked to call back) then two different branches the phone would not ring through?? I can't find an email to just have some one tell me what I need to do to have the process started, does this mean you have too much business to have some one take care of your potential customer, not a very good first impression!!

I was “asked” to be on the Bank of America Advisory Panel. After setting myself up and making an account they asked me their first question. “Do you work in the financial industry?”. I replied yes and they said I was not eligible. I work in property management and collect rent money. I don’t work at a bank, or have any bias towards one. I still work in finances and work with money just not in a banking way. I don’t understand how this disqualified me and if you wanted to exclude people working in or for a bank then say that! I know nothing about banking other than NSFs. It’s not fair that I am now out of the running for $1000 because I work with money in no way shape or form related to a federally regulated bank.

No tellers at lunchtime today. At the time in business day when most people take care of errands - the branch IN THE BOA TOWER was not able to handle a teller transaction because all their tellers were at lunch themselves. I thought it was a joke.

Terrible service. I just came to get something from my safety deposit box. Three bank employees just standing around talking about email attachments. I was the only one in the lobby. One employee told me to take a seat. It’s been 20mins now. Makes me think about taking my money out of BOA and placing it with a Credit Union. I’m tired of this behavior.
