The worst bank experience I’ve ever had. Nobody wants to work . Spends most of their time walking around talking to co workers. Leaves customers in lobby until they walk out.they need a completely new staff the women here are terrible. The men do a good job. The women are lazy and leave the work on the men . Would never come here again . I hope they close down if they don’t get a new staff. Very unprofessional!

This bank does not allow its customers to use its bathroom. I guess cause it’s a prodominate black area. And they got black employees carrying out the policy.Smh. U can’t go in a white area and be told that. Attitudes was very poor as well from staff

The slowest and most non-customer care centered Bank I’ve ever been to. I hate that it’s the closest bank near me. I dread anytime I need to go into the Bank. Seems as if they get paid to make you wait.

Not sure what the bank hours are but i am sure they are not what is stated on the door. i read a review that said they were already closed at 4:43. Also already closed at 4:23. is it too much to ask for accurate hours when checking on line or posted on the door. Very Bad Business.

I went to the bank to get some documents notarized. It seems they only have one person qualified to do this and he was out to lunch. I returned as told, was asked to wait, and sat for almost 30 minutes before being told that the notary was unavailable would be in a meeting for another hour. Huge waste of time!!!

I came to cash a check and ask for singles …The bank teller “ALICIA” apparently got aggravated when I asked her “ how many ones would I be able to receive instead of the 600$ I initially asked for because I hold markets and singles are a necessity which I explained … I then proceed to just ask for a manager to assist so I wouldn’t go thru further problems … she then tried to push me to the side and said “a manager would be with me momentarily if I could just (move out the way)…. To the side and I will be helped after she’s done with another client .. while I already sat here for 30 minutes in line .

Slowest bank ever. If you can avoid this location, please do! Save yourself the unnecessary stress. Open at 9? You start waiting at 9 and they open up whenever they want. It’s ridiculous!!!!

This is the worst Bank of America location I've ever seen, if you need to actually go inside. Yesterday I waited in line for an hour before I needed to leave because I couldn't wait any longer.This morning I tried to get there right at opening. The bank still hasn't opened even though it's supposed to open at 9am, and it's almost 9:30.

One of the most rude, disrespectful and slowest banks ever. I’ve been a business client for a long time and have never dealt with such ignorant people ever. The police officer who was guarding the door was acting like a manager trying to tell me the bank is closed when they still had 40 mins left before closing. When I managed to get in, the teller who finally attended to me was very rude, complaining about the long line (3 people in line) I didn’t bring a business deposit slip and she made it seem it was like the end of the world and made it seem she was doing me favor by letting me slide my business card. What topped it off, was snarky remarks by her and the police officer. I will be reporting this bank to corporate. If you don’t want to work then don’t work. To the police officer, learn some respect. You serve the community not the other way around.

I have no problems been with them 3 years in and out even when I go for notary. Haven’t gotten a Rude one yet in when I do I’ll just ask for manager he’s nice too!Thanks BOA TEAM!!!

I went into the Lee Street branch today. I was slightly nervous about going in being that I was going to get my first credit card. I saw Su and she greeted me with open arms. She pulled me to her desk and we discuss what I was trying to do. She explained the entire process of credit and credit cards top to bottom for me. I have never had an customer experience like this; she was the absolute best and her customer service skills were immaculate. Su is best BofA employee ever!! She deserves a raise!! ;-)Thanks,DeVion
