Ariel Leonard, relationship banker, provided outstanding support and patience in expediting resolution of my Geico check issue. Conversely, another representative that worked yesterday. She was a black woman, straight hair, & worn pink exhibited unprofessionalism and indifference. Thankfully, Truist efficiently resolved my concerns, reinforcing my preference not to bank with Bank of America. Got to be mindful and careful who you hire. People like that are bad for business. I will never step foot at the branch ever again. I seen a lot of bad reviews and that’s not good but I’m not too surprised because it’s in the hood.

I had a great experience today with Trecorve Tre Jackson at this location today. He kindly asked me to wait while he closed out from the previous customer, then politely called me to the window. He introduced himself as Tre and asked how he could assist me. I shared that I was there to make a deposit and he confirmed that he’d be happy to assist me. I immediately noticed then that his arm was in a sling and he was working with only one hand. The good thing was that he didn’t let that hold him back at all. Tre was knowledgeable and informed me if every step.
While I do not frequent this location, I was impressed with his customer service, his ability to connect with me immediately to assess and meet my needs and to keep me engaged so the time at the counter didn’t feel unnecessarily long, although the transaction time was more than I expected.
He did require assistance from the AVP, Tammica Downie. She was pleasant as well.
Thanks to Tre and Tammica for stellar service today. While this isn’t my regular bank, I will keep this location in mind, with the hopes that Tre will be there to assist me again. I hope he is able to remain with the Bank, learning and growing along the way. He’s what every customer wants in a professional!

This branch is THE WORSE BOA branch I have ever dealt with! I guess bc of their location they’re subjected to an extreme amount of scamming so if you’re not a senior citizen they treat you as if you’re a scamming criminal. I attempted to cash a check from my 401K company DRAWN OUT FROM Bank of America and they refused to cash it. They then proceeded to fake as if they were verifying the check until I called the company from inside the bank and confirmed that the check had no stop or hold on it and that the bank in fact did not attempt a verification. I felt completely discriminated against and I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. I do not bank with BOA bc they are known for using racist, criminal tactics against their customers. I’m just posting this review so that other young minority customers are aware and cognizant of the discriminatory way this branch conducts business transactions.

Most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with. They can't even scan documents properly, let alone performing any other basic tasks. Nobody knows what's going on and they all look lost. Don't waste your time at all here. Go elsewhere!

External ATMs most of the time don’t work. No signs posted so you nearly complete transactions and then they error out or tell you no cash available. No effort made to fix them over months duration. You try to use the next one on site and then it thinks it’s fraud because you’re now own your third ATM in five minutes.

I had such a great experience at this location. Tammy greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and accommodating. She ensured my documents were handled properly and made sure she did all she could do for me. I noticed that she was this way with anyone who entered the bank, everyone received the same treatment. She even introduced me to Charles who quickly retrieved information I needed. He told me about services I was eligible for as well. I would definitely recommend this branch !!

seriously might be the worst BOA branch in Atlanta. Doesn't matter if there are 2 or 12 people in line you will spend 15-30 at least in line waiting....... staff carry on personal conversations and seem unaware of the line . Also be prepared to be told no less than 3 times that you can get cash from an ATM. Um yea duh.... you think i walked past FOUR atms just because i wanted to stand here for 30 minutes for fun??? How many times do I have to say I don't have my debit card and that I need to see a tellerEver since they closed the drive thru here it's been a nightmare. I do most of my banking on the app and I dread going in this branch too bad its the closest one to my home. Maybe i will switch banks...
