Standing in line in the lobby 10:30 am on a Monday. One teller and 4 other employees in cubicles doing various tasks. 3rd person in line and I have been waiting 20 minutes to make a withdrawal in a specific denomination. I asked two employees that were chatting if their were any other tellers she said no. She came back 5 minutes later and said the manager was going to log in to help that was 5 minutes ago. I am still #3 in line. This is trash.

The energy in here is so negative you can feel it. The customer service is terrible !! Literally from all the employees. Michael the fat black man was helping me open a new account , complete attitude from start to finish like ruined my mood completely. He would say things of his negative opinion of what I got going on in my life and that was weird in general. Very slow service barely any bank tellers. Definitely recommend going to a different location or just don’t bank with Bank of America !!

Very unprofessional gossiping at the door and did not greet... when i am like, im here to meet with an advisor, Azaria was like oh. As we into what i needed understanding over which is why doesn't my deposit returns show back up, she couldn't explain. I ask for help from someone else. She goes to the manager who must didnt have great explanation either. So i asked to schedule another appointment. She goes get management Lisa who by far so unprofessional unhelpful and the lady she was gossiping with at the front door.

My first time going in was amazing, and all my other times were amazing too! Careen Crossley is very knowledgable and has been very understanding in helping and walking me through the process and answering all my questions thoroughly until I understand it and feel better. As a young adult these new things are confusing and I appreciate being able to call her for any questions/concerns!

Walked in and advised I needed to make a deposit and unblock my business debit card. Customer service agent on the phone advised I needed to do it in person so I did just that. Upon walking in “Lisa Financial Center Manager” was not pleasant or welcoming. She advised me I can do my deposit, but it will take 1 hour for them to assist me with unblocking my debit card. She advised it was 2 bankers on duty. I will not be utilizing this bank often if at all. Horrible experience. Lisa was heard having conversations about hair and other personal things perhaps is why they’re so behind and slow unable to help. She also advised there were no business cards available for branch leaders to follow up on experience.

THIS REVIEW IS A SHOUT OUT TO JOSE & LISA. THIS DYNAMIC DUO NOT ONLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND....THEY CHANGED A HUMAN BEING LIFE. THEY ARE THE BEST PART OF BofA. IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS BANK GO TO THIS BRANCH. HOWELL MILL ROAD. THESE TWO TOOK AN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION AND TURNED IT INTO A POSSIBLE. I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT THESE TWO PEOPLE WERE THERE FOR US. THANK YOU JOSE & LISA. YOU GUYS ROCK....

Only one teller working on a Friday. There’s a manager with an iPad who told 4 of us in line that we can’t be helped with just the iPad that she was working off of… but wouldn’t hop onto a teller counter to actually help anyone. Two people walked out after seeing the line, and the employees clearly couldn’t care less.

All the low star rating reviews are real and this one too. I didn't expect this poor management from bank of america.I waited for ~ 45minutes in the queue because there only 2 person to help customers and for some transactions they were calling the manager and a lot of back and forth is what's the main issue here and literally less than 5 employees in the bank.But when it was my turn I've received efficient service.Waiting times are horrible. Add more staff Bank of America.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Consistently the slowest banking experience I’ve had in twenty years. Plan at least half an hour to do anything in the lobby. No drive Thru either. Run don’t walk to another bank. This one is just going to upset you.
