I LOVE this branch. The look and the employees remind me of when banks had class and classic customer service. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable with great manners. It's great to deal with people vs. a bot or an app when it comes to something as personal as my money. The famous person that was almost arrested should have known... most people don't know what he looks like vs. the ACTUAL stars in his movie and no matter what colornyou are...you DON'T pass a note to a teller without scaring somebody. (Duhhh! and I'm black so know what profiling feels like. )Please keep this branch open since Howell Mill has reduced their services and is a less desirable location.

Bank of America's dispute process is antiquated. They seem to try to discourge you. I filed a dispute 9.11.23. It was two transactions on the same day for the same exact amount. You would think this was for some large amount of money of how they have handled the situation. No exaggeration. I have called them more than twenty time on the same dispute and got a difference answer or suggestion on what to do from each call. They refused to give me pertinent information pertaining to the clam such as they gave me a partial credit and not the full amount, get this, with no explanation of why. My last call was with a defensive supervisor that i just hung up on. I was told that it will take an additional forty-five days, get this with no explanation. On one of my recent calls i was told for the very first time to send in supporting documents for this type of claim that what I verbally told them isn't enough. Get this the only way that I can send in supporting documents is to either mail (USPS) or fax. Like i said antiquated.I will fax over my supporting documents on 10.23.23, for a claim I filed on 9.11.23, go figure. This appears as if they don't want to give me my money back.BEWARE of disputes with Bank of America. It really shouldn't be this hard with the world being so automated. I am not happy at all. This has taken up entirely too much of my time and i found myself thinking for their personnel staff.I should be able to talk to twenty people at the same company and get the same policy and or procedure. When this doesn't happen it starts from the top and trinkle down. This is insane for this day and time. Makes you wonder what is really going on.

Customer Service is simply a title stuck to people. The people who answer the phones at the 800# can't even release simple authorization holds that the merchant isn't going to collect. One agent lies and says the authorization was going to expire another says oh I don't know why they told you that. Once this is over I'm gonna Ng to another company. I've dealt with pay card services IE NetSpend, Tsys that provide better service to their customers. BOA simply wants to take your money and they protect the merchants they do not even come to bat for the people who put their money into their banks. More like Scam of America.

This is the branch where an innocent man was tricked by the teller and manager when he needed to make a large withdrawal from his personal account. After providing his debit card, entering his P.I.N. and providing his photo I.D. along with a withdrawal slip asking the teller to please be discreet with the withdrawal due to the large amount. They went to the back and kept coming out telling him that they were helping him and would be right with him while the teller was calling 911 and providing misinformation. The police arrived and detained the man, and the nanny who worked for him.

worse service ever . makes me want to cancel the whole bank.man at the door was talking over me & trying to tell me to use mobile banking and just wait while the representative who canceled my card on "accident"is on the phone telling me that they can issue me an card for the inconvenience, meanwhile another representative (black) comes out and over as and proceeds to try to talk over me also , I had to leave work early to do what she's telling me to do whilst she's still on the phone and he is blatantly saying f*** what i'm coming in for .

I just saw this video how Ryan Coogler was treated by an employee at this Bank of America. This is one of the many reason why I stop banking with Bank of America because of employees like this. I know Mr Coogler made his peace with that Bank but that employee need to be FIRED and never work at another bank that man could have been killed. If you want to improve bank of america fire that employee.
