The manager at this location was exceptional in every way. On Feb 22 at around 4:30 I needed to deposit a large cashier's check. Virtalena. The extremely nice and professional teller said there would be a hold. So frustrated, I said I will go back to the issuing bank and get the amount in cash and bring it back if that's what I have to do. She sensed my frustration and walked all the way across the bank lobby to the manager and explained. He walked over and asked some questions. I have more than one commercial account with BOA and showed him the account. He took my cell number and said he would remove the hold on the following day.....and he did! I imagine he is quite busy and I did ask his name but I couldn't understand it. My bad for not asking for clarification.....I bank with BOA, Chase, B1bank, Truist,US Bank and ETrade Bank.This experience stood out to me! I should have said so while I was there but the amazing manager had already moved on to solving another clients problem.I want to thank the exceptional teller and manager for this much, much better than expected banking experience.It really made my day!

I think everyone should know this. The ATM that’s in front before you walk in is taking money when you choose to withdraw your funds. It took my money and seven others right after me. They make you file a claim which apparently takes 10 to 45 days to fix. I still haven’t received my funds back. I have been with this bank for a very long time despite the fact of everyone I know saying this is a bad bank. I am beyond unsatisfied as a loyal customer. It was not a small amount I tried withdrawing neither. All I keep hearing is there is nothing they can do even tho knowing that ATM is faulted. To add to all this BANK OF AMERICA DO NOT OWN THERE ATMS AT ALL. I just want MY MONEY.

there’s this guy lounging very nicely on your lounge, not even bothering to stand up and greet clients. told him I need a credit card replacement (replacement was not issued even after applying on the app and calling), said Bank of America does not issue card replacements in the establishment and should make a phone call. for a bank that is in the city, but does not issue a credit card replacement, and not even busy at the moment did not even try to check on their computer. not helpful at all. not coming back to this branch.

I've been to this location three times now and the service has been good. All of my visits needed to meet with a personal banker - I lucked up twice as a walk-in, yet had made an appointment for my other need. At the "concierge desk", I like the fact that the employees inquire what your need is, & do try to assist if they have the capability. For the teller transactions, the line moves pretty quickly due to employees actually working & not just chatting it up. The drive up ATM's - 2 of them are located across the street from the branch.

After reading the reviews and seeing the low ratings, I was apprehensive about visiting this location. However, my visit turned out to be a positive and quite inspirational experience. Alex was exceptional in his service delivery. He was knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. The high quality of the service Alex provided was in stark contrast to what I received at the branch located at 5001 Buford Hwy NE, Atlanta, GA. The representative there was dismissive and did not even know a nearby unit that could help facilitate an electronic transfer. Thank you again, Alex, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Unfortunately, it’s a crime to come and withdraw a nice size amount of money from your own bank account. It’s also unfortunate that I have to spend 20 minutes in the bank to get approved by asking for identification(understood) insert my card and pin(understood) sending a code to my phone and leaving the area to get approved by the manager. It’s ridiculous and embarrassing when everyone else isn’t held up by any restrictions. This isn’t the first time and I’m sure it isn’t the last. My last visit at this location I spoke with the manager and she apologized for how long it took and made me feel better about any issues I had that day, but once again.
