This has been our to go place for cakes and ice cream for years. The customer service used to be outstanding, the young employees were great, you could tell they were trained well. Unfortunately the last few times that same customer service has gone downhill, not sure if it's a new manager or owner but the man that used to be there on our previous visits is not longer there and the woman manager or owner is as dry as sandpaper, acts like she is doing you a favor and appears to be bothered by your presence. No going above and beyond here anymore and after spending over $40 on our last visit we rather take our hard earned money were it's appreciated.

Why the heck am I being asked to leave a tip at the register? This is an ice-cream shop, not a bar or restaurant.The owner should be ashamed of themselves for implementing this.

I went to place my family's order while my parents were in the car, and off the bat the service was great. Absolutely Great! The man who was taking my order was so attentive and so nice. And then (after ordering 6 scoops of ice cream) I got to the counter where I was greeted by the cashier and he was also great, An I looked down and saw that the chip reader was broken (My moms card can't swipe or tap) I wasn't able to figure out what to do, and then the man said "you know, I might as well try to be a little more generous." And pulled out his card, and bought our ($26 worth of) Ice cream. It made our day! Sadly I forgot to get their names, but I was in there at around 8 PM December 27 2023.Vegetarian options: Everything! It's ice cream!

Ordered World Class Chocolate 24 oz fresh pack through Doordash. Rather than call and ask what I’d like to substitute since they apparently list items they don’t actually keep in stock, they just took it upon themselves to decide what I’d want and wrote “Out of WorldClass here’s OREO” on the package. I’m allergic to Oreos. Trash.

Bad service, I called to place an order and when they realized that I speak little English they hung up the call today, August 25, 2021. DISCRIMINATION IN BASKIN ROBINS **upgrade** One of the managers or owner of BR clarified that the store does NOT have any type of discrimination and I move my 1 star to 2 stars

Hot day! Recommend the cappuccino original blast. For the extra coffee flavor, ask for jamoca ice cream instead of the original vanilla.

Great variety of flavors and very good custom birthday cakes! Friendly scoopers. Located in a nice plaza in Atlanta. Excellent customer service!

Closed at 9:36 pm but they were supposed to close at 10pm. Really wanted some ice cream. :( *Update: the owner reached out, apologized, and explained the miscommunication. I love it!!
