Erika Reethof did a Design Plan for my Family Room that I absolutely loved! She recommended the perfect combination of furniture, artwork, a beautiful rug and window treatments. She listened to my wants and needs and gave me exactly what I was looking for. She came to my house and measured so that she could make the perfect plan and coordinate everything with my style. I will be calling her in a few months when I'm ready to re-do my bedroom. Thank you Erika, I love it all!!!! You did an awesome job!

Worst customer service ever. Repeated promises for contact. Lies. Hope your new furniture has no issues. The salespersons are great, but they lack support. Very disappointing.

RUN AWAY! This place will oversell and under-deliver. You will never get a credit once you have made a purchase here. No matter what type of condition the furniture was delivered in. Worst customer service I have received in a long time. If you want to be yelled at on the phone, ask for Angie (salesperson) or Theron (manager).

After thinking we were buying a premium product at a premium price, we have been proven wrong. We purchased our Bassett sectional at the end of 2019 and after going back and forth with the 5-year Guardsman warranty for 2 years, were referred back to Bassett for the tears in the fabric that are quickly accumulating all over the sofa. Bassett has said it is outside the manufacturer's warranty 1 year after purchase and that we can pay to have the cushion covers replaced, with yet another defective product. We are so disappointed. The lazyboy sofa my parents have has lasted 3 times as long as the Bassett sofa we spent 5 times as much on.

Don’t get the allure sofa. The worst back pain of my life. I have sat on couches my whole life and never experienced this type of pain and discomfort from sitting on a couch. They use a very cheap filling but charge high prices. Go to pottery barn instead.

If I could give Bassett a negative star I would.I spent $13,000 on a leather sofa in 2018. By 2019 the seams had started tearing. I purchased leather for its durability and the sales persons promises.A tech was sent out in 2019 and said I was one year out of the 1 year warranty, and they couldn't fix it to the same standard as I bought it, but could fix it. I would have to pay $450 to have it repaired.When the sofa was purchased the sales agent said that this sofa would be covered by whatever happened to it. My kids, dogs etc could tear it and they would fix it. Leather is durable and this type of leather is the top of the line, they said.I called back again today (2+ years later) to try and start the process again. I was told that not even my 5 year extended warranty would not cover the repairs that I would still have to pay for the tears.Why in the world would I spend 13k on a leather sofa if I did not have the confidence of the salesperson statement that anything and everything would be covered? I wouldn't! I would have purchased a disposable couch from Rooms To Go! It would have been a better investment.Do NOT buy from Bassett Furniture!

It was the worst experience with Bassett.I ordered a sleeping sofa and a coffee table on August 2021 and I got the sofa on December but they told me the coffee table was damaged and we cannot delivered it and we need to reorder it for you. At first they told me it takes two weeks to deliver it again but it took one and a half month and I got the coffee table yesterday and it's damaged again.I asked the delivery guys to stay so I can call the store but they suddenly disappeared.I called the store they gave me the customer service number and I still waiting for them to respond. It's so frustrating.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We ordered our sofa in May, waited nearly 7 months to get it and it was delivered with several sections damaged, screws poking out of the fabric and holes.Because our sectional was “custom” there are no exchanges or returns.If we don’t get a resolution within the next week we’ll be taking them to court.

People, I strongly advise that you do your research prior to purchasing anything from Bassett Furniture. We purchased the Beckham sectional in the Performance Fabric (Straw) and less than a year later, the sectional looks as though it's several years old. Our major concern is that Bassett advertises that their Performance Fabrics are not only durable but easy to clean which is the furthest thing from the truth.Simply put, bottled water was spilled on the fabric and we now have huge water stains on the sectional that cannot be removed. We carefully followed the care instructions and attempted to clean the stains with a solvent but unfortunately that was a fail. We even had an upholstery cleaning company come out, but we were told that if the stains were caused by water adding a water-based cleaning solution could potentially lead to additional staining / damage, so it was recommended that we contact the furniture company to file an insurance claim. So – we decided to do just that, and we contacted Guardsman to submit a claim.To say the least, the claim process with Guardsman has been quite cumbersome and frustrating. Basically, after submitting the claim we were sent a bottle of cleaning solution which did absolutely nothing and to be frank we found it utterly insulting after paying over $5,000 for a sectional. The claim was filed in late September and over a month later we are still waiting for a technician to come out and assess the damage. We purchased the Gold Complete Protection plan for $500 which covers fabrics up to 1 year. We are still within the 1 year period (furniture received in Dec 2020) so we’re not quite sure why the process has been so drawn out and strenuous, but it has made us sincerely regret our purchase. This was not our first time purchasing furniture from Bassett, but I can assure you that it will be the last.

Purchased $3800 furniture in February . Custom Order . Wrong furniture delivered on May 15 , still unresolved .. cannot get correct furniture, cannot get attention from the PERIMETER CENTER ATLANTA store to refund or correct my order ... Complete Nightmare .. Continues ...

We visited the Kennesaw, GA this afternoon. After researching online & deciding on a sectional from Bassett we went in to see the item in person and was prepared to make the purchase. Unfortunately, we entered the store, that was empty at the time and two female associates inside one to the left and the right. We passed the initial salesperson, no greeting and offer of assistance. She walked behind the counter and began to look at paperwork. Then we walked passed the other she looked at us and walked behind a small desk and started drinking a beverage. Neither associate ever offered assistance and loss out on a $3500 plus purchase. I was once a purchasing customer but will never make another purchase from any Bassett location. The experience was inexcusable.
