Bad experience with a pick up order. I had placed an order to be picked up, and apparently the staff gave it to another customer, without checking. When I arrived I had to argue with the employee, because she stated that I had already picked up my order. Although she didn't call me a liar, it was insinuated. The employees must always verify the order number before handing out customers orders.

I have been there a couple of times, love the shopping experience and selections available.
Everyone in the store is super helpful and welcoming.
I became a fan of B&BW because of the variety of aromas and their rewards program and recommended everyone to check it out.
