I recently had a disappointing experience at Batteries Plus on Moreland Ave, Atlanta. I took my iPhone 12 for a battery replacement, and they installed a Nuon 3.8V LIPOLY battery, which turned out to be incompatible. (Yes, I stupidly went to a place know for selling car batteries!) This caused my phone's Face ID to malfunction, screen malfunction, and ultimately, the phone became nonfunctional. Apple confirmed the battery issue and subsequent hardware damage. Despite a refund for the battery, I had to purchase a new phone, and my interactions with the store manager were unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better service and resolution for the damage caused.

This place is awesome! The customer service is amazing! First, I did not have access to my phones GPS and Sean literally talked me through how to get to the store. Then, I got to the store and had and emergency and they took care of me. These guys know what they are doing with repairs. It is worth it to do the repair. Wyatt and Sean have amazing spirits and attitudes. They make you feel important and valued.

I will recommend this location Batteries Bulbs To everyone. Soon as I walked in the door they was very professional. I had a cracked screen on my samsung ultra 21 And he fixed it within a hour.

This was one of the best customer service visits I have had in a long time. Both Sean and Wyatt went beyond in helping us. They kept us updated on our iPhone battery replacement time and didn't try to oversell us. I would highly recommend this store.

Sean and Wyatt were probably the best associates I have run across in a long time. I’m a Store Mgr for CVS and this is the type of customer service that try to get colleagues to aspire to. Outstanding!! I highly recommend this location it’s worth the drive.
