  Gave them my cracked phone to fix. It was just a simple screen replacement I’ve gotten many times. I gave them my working phone and they gave it back to me completely dead. They said they put the new screen on and my phone powered on but when they went to push the screen in the phone turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. They tried putting the old screen on thinking it was a faulty screen but that did not work either. I tried everything to power my phone back on but nothing worked. I had to get a new one.

  I love this place! I’ve bought a couple of car batteries,a replacement fob for my wife’s car (at half the price of the dealer), and numerous other bulbs and batteries.

  Ashton was the best. He fixed my iPhone 11 screen so quickly on my 30 minute lunch break and I couldn’t be happier. My phone feels brand new again thanks to him. I recommend you guys to give them a try.( Please note that it wasn’t busy so he was able to service me quickly. )

  Ordered a key last week…. Sales associate told me it would be there the following Monday ,within the next few days. I call to set up pickup up, and I am told the key would not be here for another week. How could you not mention that at all, during the consultation?? Why would you make it seem it would be here in the next few days, when you know it takes two weeks. And respond with “oh I forgot” … extremely disappointed in the customer service. Not to include being rushed off the phone, phone etiquette and communication needs major work.
