I brought my old, beat up, cracked phone into Batteries Plus today. I was really nervous because my screen would not turn on and I needed to get information from my phone. This was an old phone a Galaxy S8 Plus that I have had for many years, and it just decided to finally break. I could not get the screen to come on. The battery on the phone was still good because you could see the green light in the left corner. Therefore, I brought my phone in and the young lady named Sidney was the technician who worked on my phone. She worked wonders on my old phone. Remember I had a Galaxy S8 plus and Samsung is now on phone 24. She replaced the screen and now I have my phone back. Great customer service! Quick turnaround. It took about an hour to fix. Sydney was professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Thank you Sydney!!!

This was my first time dealing with Batteries Plus and I was so impressed with Alfred, Danterrius, and Peton.
I purchased my Prius battery from them 30 mins before closing and they didnt miss a beat!
Alfred located my, hard to find battery, at another location, picked it up and had it ready for pick up. I'm impressed!!
I will continue to go to this location; the customer service was impressive!!

I have used batteries + bulbs for many years to buy batteries for my vehicles. There was a time I had 2 jeeps and a diesel truck, for a total of 4 batteries. I am down to 1 jeep and the truck, battery count to 3 now. I have never needed the warranty program until recently. Thankful the warranty from B+B is what it is and offers such a long period.This review is primarily for this particular store. I did not have a good experience with the personnel at the Austell store (I did post a review of that location). The staff here on Campbellton Rd were such a pleasure to deal with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me getting new batteries as quickly as possible. Needing 2 batteries meant that I was looking at inventory transfers between B+B locations. I only waited 1 day for the transfer and was on the road with new batteries relatively quickly.The owner of this store has some good people operating it for him. May they continue to keep those of us who rely on B+B stocked with what we need and the service we rely on.

Amazing service! Super responsive and helpful. Called about a motorcycle battery, they pulled it off the floor and put it on charge till i came in to pick it up. In and out with no issues. They get my vote!

I lost my key fob to my vehicle. They didn't have the exact key fob for my car, but found out how to program a different one instead. The key fob was one much cheaper than the dealership even before applying with the coupon. The woman and her daughter that helped me gave excellent customer service and really tried every option to make sure I could get my issue resolved that day. I loved the persistence and problem solving.
