“Eddie O’Dea, who in my mind is nothing less than a genius, is a “bike fitter” who works at Free-Flite. I am now blaming him with my obsession with cycling. Before I got my personalized fitting, I was experiencing neck, shoulder and back pain all of which have been resolved thanks to Eddie’s extreme knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the proper way one “feel” while riding a bike. He made several adjustments to my bike as well as gave me techniques to use while I cycle. We struggled with finding a saddle that would not cause me pain and he successfully found me one! Now, I can ride farther and more efficiently than I ever did before! Due to my crazy work schedule, I am unable to cycle every day but on my “off” days, I am on my bike for about 3 hours and want to go even longer! (Unfortunately, I have to get other things accomplished on my days off.) Eddie took several measurements of my body frame and then adjusted my bicycle so that I would be more comfortable on my long rides. Whenever I had a question or concern about something, I could email him and he would promptly respond to my question. I cannot thank Eddie enough for making me love cycling so much more!!!! He is truly a master at what he does!!! And like I said before, I blame Eddie with my new “addiction” to cycling!!!”

Because I was informed by the website I was able to tell Chris what I needed. Because Chris is so good at what he do. He went to work for me.Chris asked about my concerns. He got my shoe size, he did his examination…he went to the back and return with a shoe from this brand call ASICS…I put those comfortable socks on that Chris gave me then I put on the shoes. When I tell you it felt like my feet was being hugged but not just any hug it was the best hug ever. My feet felt supported. Chris instructs me to stand and to push my foot back in the shoe…he exams to see the width of the shoe on my foot and where my big toe was located. He was pleased. Now, it’s time to text drive these shoes on the store track. He instructs me to walk away from him then back to him…recorded my feet walking in slow motion… he thoroughly examine my walking via video…he showed me my strengths and weaknesses. Once he got the information he needed. He instructed me to walk in these shoes…so while I was walking getting to know these shoes. Chris goes to the back and returns with 3 pair of shoes that he felt were right for me. He instructs me to try the first pair on but my feet was not feeling the love at all from that shoe. So, I tried on another pair, though it didn’t hug my ankle like the ASICS shoe did I still like the felt the love from this shoe. Chris instructed to walk in the shoes while I’m walking Chris is looking at my foot asking me questions about how I’m feeling…he was all the way tuned in with me he was so patient and kind. I immediately felt great…my knees didn’t hurt no more…I felt supported…these shoes felt like they loved me. Once I test drove those shoes…it was like a breath of fresh air. I tried on the other pair…again I felt like this shoe was cuddling with my foot…when I walked in this shoe it great. But at this point I’m confused…I don’t know which to choose. Chris instructs me to put on one of each shoe and walk in them. Once we examine that I was instructed to switch the shoes and walk in them again…long story short The Brooks Ghost 13 were a better fit for me. I was able to make the final decision with Chris guidance. I enjoyed my time with Chris. He is such a funny guy. I felt like a grown woman making this purchase. I am a lifetime client. I never knew a company like this existed. I had no clue. I only knew of stores that sells shoes for brand, style but not for comfort and support. I came in hurting but walked out in my brand new shoes feeling like I could walk 3000 miles without pain in my foot or knees. I did not know that the right shoe could correct so much so quickly.
