“I cannot overstate how incredible the customer service is at Intown Bicycles! I ordered an electric bike through the e-bike company's website and then requested it be delivered and assembled at Intown Bicycles. I am soooooo glad that I did! They assembled it and realized that a part did not work, so they processed the warranty for me. They also said that they found the wheel made a weird clicking noise when they took it for a test ride, and fixed that for free for me! They were so friendly and communicative during the whole process, and then gave me a great run through of my e-bike when I came to pick it up. And also helped me get it into my car. I am so grateful for their wonderful customer service! I cannot recommend them enough!”
