I shop regularly but infrequently at Blooms, usually Valentines Day and other occasions. They've always delivered beautiful flowers and are always a pleasure to deal with. They also do the perfect job of reaching out at the right time without being intrusive.I'd recommend them to anyone in need of flowers!

Blooms provided outstanding and expedient service yesterday. My children recently moved to Atlanta and became parents of a second daughter in 13 months. I live In Texas, and was clueless as to Atlanta florists. Karen, a Bloom’s sales representative, was enormously helpful and talented—as well as kind. She honed in on my thoughts and we added a little treat for the big sister. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement that was gratefully appreciated . Highly recommend!

My kids had a second baby and had recently moved to Atlanta. I wanted to send something from a great florist in the area, so I asked a good friend whose son's family lives there. Blooms of Dunwoody came highly recommended. The gorgeous bleak arrangement was delivered to the hospital by mid-day. They had even thoughtfully attached a pink stuffed giraffe for new baby Lilah's, one year old Big Sister, Fiona. Do NOT count on this business to create any special occasion arrangement for you! I called and paid for my daughter’s corsage. When I picked it up the day of at the agreed upon time, it was not ready and they didn’t even realize that they needed to fulfill the order. Very disappointed to say the least. It was for her first high school dance. It was time consuming to even get a refund. Go to Carithers Flowers instead. I wanted a closer florist, but I will go back to a reliable business.

I would like to Thank Blooms of Dunwoody for their outstanding service. They were able to provide beautiful bouquets and boutonnières in a very short amount of time. The Floral arrangements were gorgeous and the customer service provided by Pablo was exceptional.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this florist. I received an arrangement February 2022. First, the large bouquet of flowers was delivered in a two door tiny vehicle (think original smart car). The size of the flowers was not appropriate to be sent in that car, but I deal with lots of issues with my birthday around Valentine's Day so I just try to stay positive. The real issue presented when I took pictures immediately of all the broken flowers and brown dying flowers and reported back to Blooms in which I was told the owner suggested that I broke the flowers myself when speaking with my boyfriend who was the one that purchased them for my birthday. So let's just say the flowers broke because they were twisted sideways out of a 2 door fiat like car .... Did I brown the flowers as well and over soak them to the point that the heads of the flowers were heavy and over saturated ? I requested a refund, they stated they would provide another bouquet - I didn't want them, It should have been done right the first time and delivered in a proper vehicle, if you don't have the proper vehicle, then send them when you do. Flowers cost more around 2/11 due to Valentine's Day... there are less available time slots and this should have been considered. I'm a nurse so I understand what short staffed means. Then THEY REQUESTED THE FLOWERS BACK AFTER ALL PICTURES SENT, no apologies just rude. And the best part is they sent a full size delivery van to pick up the flowers the next morning. Amazingly enough, you have the correct vehicle to pick them up. The girl who picked them up apologized multiple times and you could tell she was embarrassed as to how this was handled. I hope she found a quality place to work. Also I'm not sure if I received "whatever was left over" but there was no color scheme or theme to the bouquet it was a mess of anything that was available. Happy birthday to me!
