I brought my Jeep into Blue Ridge Automotive a couple of weeks ago due to some odd vibrations that had been getting worse. The techs here were able to quickly pin point the issue and seamlessly worked with my extended warranty to get coverage for the issues. They also suggested some fluid replacements which were totally legit for my car's mileage. I had them do all the work and a couple of weeks later my Jeep is running well and so much better than when I brought it in. Throughout the process, Kristen was very communicative with what was going on and was very pleasant to work with. I also loved that I was able to schedule an appointment online and a lot of the communication between the shop and me was via text. I wouldn't hesitate referring my friends and family to bring their cars here for honest, good work.

Blue Ridge Automotive completed several repairs and maintenance items that the dealer turned away due to the age of the car. Chris at Blue Ridge, on the other hand, seemed pleased at the prospect of servicing the car. Chris provided an itemized list of the cost of the repairs, sent images to show and explain why a repair needed to be done, and requested authorization before starting each repair. Now the car works well and drives well.

I will say I picked Blue Ridge bc they worked with the company that warranties my car. I am SO glad I did. First, these guys are super nice. Their customer service and hospitality could not have been better. I picked the car up two days ago and Chris just texted me asking how it was driving. That's going above and beyond I'm my book. Second, they did a great job replacing my transmission. Pretty important part of the car! They made sure the parts were correct and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I cant imagine dealing with the warranty company is much fun either. Good thing I didn't have to. They handled them from start to finish. Experience was great overall. It is absolutely worth dealing with buckhead traffic to get to them, and that's saying a lot!! But I won't be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else again. Thanks guys!

Customer service at its best! Chris was very patient and professional. I had to leave my car overnight and they provided a ride to and from the repair shop which was so helpful. Easy location for in town car repairs. I will be going there for my car needs!
