I usually don’t write reviews but I had to write one today !! I want to start off saying I loved everyone at the cafe, they all were so nice and very patient. I ordered my sandwich and was checked out so quickly I loved the great customer service from everyone! I really remembered the two girls at the register I believe TT and KK. I hope I don’t get their names wrong but they were so wonderful and nice. Food was great , keep up the great work guys !!!!

It took them 15 mins of my break to make my sandwich. When I got the sandwich it wasn’t even right and it just look like they threw it together. I got my money back but I can’t get my time back smh.

Staff was amazing, me and my mom came here 2/17/24 and the people making the sandwiches was so nice and friendly (the 1 boy and 2 ladies)The girl with the glasses at the register was nice too!! Thank you guys ?

I want to start by saying the food here was absolutely terrible. It looks like a 3-year-old through a sandwich together. When I got to the line to pay the girl was on her cell phone having a conversation with her friend looked up and told her what I had and she looked back down and continued talking to her their friend on the phone. It was so blatantly disrespectful that her coworker walked up to her and told her to get off. My suggestion would be not to hire teenagers that don't care about their job to work for your great company. I'm not sure if you can but please pull the video of me at the restaurant at 4:30 register blue pants and watch the whole thing

Requested a sandwich w/o mayo.Whether this was a crazy request or the fact that the following two customers ordered the similar sandwich with mayo, no effort was made to ensure the correct order got to the right customer. With me heading to my flight, there was no time to take it back or argue for a refund so $20 sandwich went into the trash.

So many staff members all looking around and not working. Only 1 person making the sandwiches. It was made so soggy. The line was really long as well.

If I could give a zero I would. One guy ordered a BLTA and asked for no avocado. They made it with it and he just said F it and took it. Another girls entire sandwich was made wrong so she said F it and left with no food. I got the Cubano. Had no pickles on it. Went back up and asked for pickles and was told they are out. Would have been nice to know before I ordered the sandwich.Every single one of this employees is extremely rude, has zero concern or care for customer service. And they all look at you as if you are burdening them to have to do their jobs. Shame on this business. All should be fired.

If I could give the service a zero, I would. Absolutely horrific people working there. They yell at customers, miss orders, and and then blame you when they make a mistake. That whole staff needs to be fired. In what state of professionalism is it okay for 4 employees to gang up and yell at customers. I waited 30 mins for food and watched this happened (happened to me too) at least 3 times.

Employees make or break a place of business. The culture at this location must be horrid. The employees look and behave like they are absolutely miserable. It doesn't take much to be pleasant to customers and it would honestly make your workday better. The energy here is BAD and contagious.

Shout out to Zaria! Only rep of 5 restaurants in the A concourse who would take my delta food voucher. Every other restaurant said had to print it, couldn’t scan it, and she actually had me type in credit number and it worked. Delta couldn’t even print voucher. Thank you!!!! Zaria needs a raise or promotion to shift manager!

I had a layover in Atlanta with some time to kill so I decided to grab a sandwich before boarding my next flight. Everyone who eats sandwiches or knows anything about deli meat knows that boars head is top tier. I was super excited to be having a sandwich with boars head lunchmeat. My sandwich order is pretty basic. I always get the same thing, honey turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and extra mayo. This time around I went with sliced wheat bread. The sandwich was satisfactory. This café is super busy so the ordering process can seem a bit confusing. You start with one person taking your order then you move down to watch them make your order and then another person cashes you out. You definitely need to be paying attention or you could accidentally get someone else's sandwich or miss ingredient being added to your sandwich. The staff were nice but they seem a little bit disorganized. It wasn't a bad experience but I don't recommend if you're in a rush.

If it was possible to give a lower score, I would have. Service was absolutely terrible and after 30 minute wait I canceled my order. Avoid this place
