Chris was great! He served my husband like we were the only people in the store. My husband looked great in several of their pieces. We purchased two button down shirts, and I can’t wait for their arrival this week! I just sat on the sofa and interacted with the staff, all whom were very polite and helpful. We were offered water as well. Just an overall top notch experience. Thank you!

Really great quality clothes. The store manager Ryan is so kind and makes sure you get the right fit before purchasing. They validate 2 hours for parking in the parking garage. Definitely with a visit if you're looking to upscale your wardrobe. Ryan is wonderful and they have a great team!

I just lost a bunch of weight and need new clothes. I love the look of Bonobos clothing online but didn't want to risk buying without trying on.I was thrilled to find a Bonobos store in Atlanta, so I made a special trip to the Buckhead Village store on a Friday afternoon around 2:30. The store is beautiful and I could tell based on the lack of clothing that this would be a more bespoke experience (Hence 2 stars instead of 1). I thought that until I saw the sign taped to the door that read they were sorry they missed us, but will return at 3:45. A full hour and 15 minutes from then... on a Friday afternoon. The hours are listed online and say nothing about they may be closed when you get there or it's best if you make an appointment before coming.What a horrible first impression, but it certainly lines up with some of the other reviews here. I don't believe I will be supporting Bonobos in the future. Too many other retailers out there to have that experience and then go back for a possibly rude service experience as well.

Love this company! Clothes fit me perfectly every time. The stores are great for trying on new styles and making sure everything fits before you order. Customer service is always friendly and helpful!

I went to this store today and was informed by the sales rep that they “only offer in-store sizing and fittings” and apparently don’t sell any of the clothing they have on display racks with price tags on them. It became abundantly clear to me very quickly that this store- or at least the employees that work it- have a very particular and specific idea of who shops and who can afford it, since the same rep in question recommended I try a different (and cheaper-priced) store.I left the store fuming and immediately purchased what I wanted from the online store. Considering it was the exact same price and didn’t involve a prejudiced individual misjudging me based on my appearance, I will NEVER go back. I advise anyone who doesn’t fit this location’s “ideal demographic” to do the same as me and do not give this location of Bonobos your business.

My boyfriend has the hardest time finding pants which fit correctly and this store was a god send. The staff (we worked with Ian) were so friendly and helpful, especially when it came to trying on multiple styles and sizes to get the perfect fit. If you struggle to find the right fit or aren’t quite sure what will work on your body definitely give Bonobos a try!!
