Went in to this location trying to purchase new SIM cards since Boost is allowing current customers to switch to $25 a month for unlimited data (just have to buy the SIM card in the store) the lady who was pulling up our account let us know that we were also eligible for phone upgrades. So we asked about this also AFTER we let them know that we originally just needed the new SIM cards. Once we asked about this, Jose came over and basically told us they would not sell us anything because they couldn't do the two deals at the same time. We said ok that's fine we just need the SIM cards so we could change our plan to the promotion and so we could cut our bill down by $30 a month. He REFUSED to sell us the SIM cards because we asked about what phone promotions were available to us AFTER HIS COWORKER TOLD US WE WERE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS! They refused to sell us anything because we asked a simple question about what we were eligible for BECAUSE THEY TOLD US WE WERE ELIGIBLE!!!!!!!! His reasoning was is because BOOST wouldn't pay the store properly because we would get 2 deals. I have reported this to corporate (not something I typically do but this is discrimination) Once you told us no we couldn't buy new phones if we were changing our plan, we were fine with this. You then refused to sell us the SIM cards because you decided that we would turn around and still try and upgrade our phones and told us customer service would do some sort of work around and screw you out of the deal and you didn't want to deal with that. YOU MADE UP THAT HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION! ONCE YOU TOLD US NO, THAT WAS FINE FOR US! If you are the type of person to do shady things after being told no, that is a you problem, not a me problem. I can handle being told no for 2 promotions, I don't care, I wasn't there originally to try and upgrade my phone. I didn't even know I could upgrade my phone until your coworker brought that up, not me. I have since tried multiple times to get this SIM card online as customer service said I could (its been about a month since this has happened and I still haven't upgraded my phone that you accused myself and my husband of trying to do) The online store will not allow me to change my SIM card, I have been told I need to do this in store and this store will not allow me to do as such.

Worst service ever!! Never buy a boost mobile phone. Worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. If you try to leave plan on buying a new phone, even if you already own yours or waiting 48 hours before they will unlock it. They will cancel your service but afterwards tell you but oh we wont unlock it for 48 hours. And thats if you can actually understand the broken English they all speak.. Dont ask to talk to that department because they are a phone service whose departments don't have phone service..yes that is what the idiot on the other end actually said. After being put on hold for 15 min to speak to a supervisor and explaining I was having chemo the next day and needed my phone his words were well then guess you shouldn't have changed phones today. Total incompetence from a foreign company..do yourself a favor buy from anyone else or pray you like not having a phone.

So-so place but definitely switched over to Metro now seems like there's fewer and fewer Boost stores around and the few that are around don't want to help you very much
