I do not recommend Brandsmart. I had a bad experience. A month ago, I bought a dryer and a washing machine. The saleswoman, who seems to only care about her commission, told me that both were going to arrive on the same day, which was a lie. Upon delivery they only sent the washing machine and they told me that there was no dryer that they sent it later, which is why I say that the lie began with the saleswoman, when they leave they leave me connected to the washing machine and when the rinse is going to be done the hose on the The drain is broken, my husband goes and complains and they tell him that they are bringing him another one. This took about a week or so. The dryer had not been brought yet. A few days later the dryer arrives and he connects it and they leave. The connection was poorly made and when you dry all the The air goes out, we have regulations for them to come fix it and nothing, they have terrible customer service, they tell you that they are going to send to fix the problem and we are still waiting for it, these things did not happen, why have I bought all my equipment there for years? It's a shame that things like this give the place a bad prestige. I'm not going to buy anything else.

I had issues with an online order and Marcus at customer service (in-store) went above and beyond to help resolve it. He was very helpful with a friendly demeanor, responding patiently and efficiently resolving the issue. I was completely impressed by his professionalism and exceptional service.

Recently bought a new washer and dryer from brands mart! The selection was MASSIVE! We caught the set on a good deal so I feel like we got a good bang for our buck. The sales reps were all knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything you could want in that store. Check it out!

I placed a web order for a fireplace tv stand on 1/5/2024 and once my order was processed I was given a delivery date of 1/22/2024. It wasn't delivered on 1/12. I called customer service on 1/16 which was a disaster. I was on hold for 45 minutes but #2 in que and I was at work. The customer service rep finally answered the phone and said the system was down and no delivers could be scheduled, but 2 call back in a couple of days. I called on I called on 1/19 after being on hold for another 45 minutes to speak to a service rep which scheduled my delivery for 1/23. It didn't happen. I called again on 1/25 and was on hold for 30 minutes. I spoke to a service rep which scheduled my delivery for 1/30. It didn't happened. So, I called on 2/1 and was on hold for 25 minutes and finally spoke to service rep to cancel my order and refund my credit card. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER MAKE ANOTHER WEB ORDER PURCHASE ON BRANDSMART. THIS WASN'T WORTH MY MONEY OR MY TIME.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They failed to deliver a refrigerator on two different dates. I cancelled my order and still have not received my refund three weeks later.

Had a great experience working with Barbara in appliances & Chris in the warehouse! They were exceptional and got us a great deal on a discontinued dryer. Highly recommend as they went out of their way to help us out

After spending $4k with them to get them on the phone for a simple question and having to keep being transferred and on hold for 23 mins. I think service sucks people working in customer service sucks. This is why people need more training. I’m sure managers sucks. Never going to spend a dime with them again.

Purchased a Maytag washer and dryer set. Trevor our salesman was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. If you want the delivery team to take your old set, be sure to mention/pay for that. The washer and dryer are working well so far!

I recently went in to purchase a single-cup coffee maker. I wasn't expecting to leave a review as the customer service here generally isn't noteworthy. However, this day was different. My cashier was friendly and funny, and actually convinced me to purchase the warranty with just banter. No pressure, no gimmick, just funny and friendly service.I easily found the product I needed and, as usual, the store was neat and orderly, which is worth a mention considering how hectic things can be during the holiday season.My only regret is that I did not ask the young lady's name. Hire more like her, please.

Never buy from Brandsmart unless you take it with you. Supposed to deliver on Monday, came and said driveway was too long and the 2 mile drive was unsafe. It’s a 200 foot drive, 9 feet wide, so lazy delivery driver entered false data in system. They said they would send a different truck on Tuesday. Nobody showed. Then said Wednesday, nobody showed. Then said they would deliver on Friday. Waited all day. Called when time exceeded window they gave, and told me at 2:00 they would be there in a few minutes. Called again at 4:00 when they haven’t arrive, told me they weren’t sure as I was the next stop. They put me on hold and came back and said they were in route to my home. Then at 6:00, they told me they were in traffic, but should arrive in 30 minutes. It’s now 9:00 at night, and just got off phone. They never were in route, nor was the deliver scheduled. So four days off work and still no appliance, and they have refused to deliver and they are holding my money for the appliance. Sounds like the perfect scam.

I purchased an oven/microwave combination wall unit from Grady Little on 11/5. We paid additional to have the unit delivered and installed. On the day of purchase, delivery was scheduled for 11/17 and installation for 11/18. On 11/17, no call no show. On 11/18, I called Grady to find out what happened. He told me he'd look into it and call me back. No return call. I called back the next day. He told me he rescheduled delivery for 11/25 and that I'd have to call back after delivery to schedule installation. The unit was delivered on 11/25. I called again, and installation was scheduled for 12/5. On 12/5, no call no show. I called Grady again -- he had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. When I explained the situation, he said he would look into it and get back to me. Because he had told me he'd call me back a few times before, but had never followed through, I asked him for his word that he would get back to me. Guess what? I never heard from Grady again. At this point, I changed my approach and started asking whoever I could get on the phone to help me. All in all, I had to place 14 calls to BrandSmart through this process. I never received a single returned phone call from anyone. I left multiple messages for Terry, the appliance sales manager, but never received any communication from him (or her? I don't know because Terry never followed up). I finally connected with Emmanuel, who figured out the issue and scheduled the installation. The unit was finally installed on 12/14. If you are purchasing an appliance from BrandSmart, and you need some type of follow up from the team, be aware that it is likely going to be your responsibility entirely. I probably spent 5-6 hours in total following up, on hold, etc without ever getting so much as an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". It's clear that most of the sales team only cares about making the sale. What happens after that is up to you.

I've been a Brandsmart customer for over 25 yrs never had a problem until I shop the clearance center in Lauderhill. The delivery guy delivered my dryer to my living room, he didn't talk it upstairs to the place where the dryer should be installed and he didn't remove the old one. Right now I have a dryer in my living room that I can't use. The delivery driver told them that the dryer was still attached to the gas which was a lie, the city came out and disconnected the gas the day before. Sales girl video me without my consent. Manager wants me to keep the dryer in my living room for 3 more days. Then at the store keeps putting the blame on my son when he doesn't even work there, they wouldn't acknowledge that they messed up they acting like I'm at fault

I want to leave the highest compliments about the excellent help which was received from Grady Little, in my efforts to purchase a refrigerator for a new home build. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me locate the correct refrigerator for my home, and even was knowledgeable enough to instruct correctly about a construction outlet mis placement problem which will now be proactively corrected thereby averting a future fiasco , before the appliance arrives. This knowledge and his expertise will prove to save quite a big headache and money. He even offered to give further detailed instruction about the install at the time the refrigerator arrives. I can't say enough about the promptness of returned calls, his continued genuine helpfulness and the overall integrity and professionalism we received from this gentleman. Thank you so much for hiring people like Grady little. This inspires my confidence that there is still good customer service available and makes me want to buy future appliances, at Brandsmart!
