I was so happy with my experience with Braxton Automotive. The service advisors and management were very informative and straight forward on what needed to be done with my BMW X4. The techs did a great job and the car is now in perfect condition! Thank you all for your constant updates on my car and letting me know what to expect in price. I was traveling to Johnson City TN when the check engine light came on. Jason searched qualified shops for me over the phone and then consulted once the TN shop had a repair plan. It all worked out perfectly. The root cause code was cylinder misfire. We replaced all the spark pugs and coils, and cleaned the fuel injectors (things coming due on my 2017 Discovery soon). Made it home with no issues!

This is my second time using this location. They are super professional and on top of getting your service done in a timely manner. They are very reasonable price wise. I was highly satisfied. I have a Volvo S 60 and they certified to fix European cars. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and water.I’ll be back for future services

I recently had a fromt tire go flat, and brought the car to Braxton. They quickly assessed the situation and replaced the damnaged tire with a new one in a minimum amount of time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TIER AT BRAXTON AUTOMOTIVE
Ms.Meshaye was such a breath of fresh air in my time of sadness about the loss of my car . I highly recommend them you will not regret it , even for the small things they are there to help with a smile & care I never felt like someone cared about what Im going through and she did (the guys as well)! I definitely felt at home here
Oh and Johnnnnn is the sweetest lol very nice guy!!

Braxton Automotive has given me excellent service through the years due to Jason. I depend on Jason for his honesty and knowledge and trust him thoroughly when it comes to advising me as what my BMW needs. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

The service was top tier from start to finish. The inspection was thorough with photos. My service persons Justin and Jason was on it! He explained everything well. The pricing was fair and no surprises. I've found my new auto shop for my Mercedes GLE 350! The whole staff was on it. I love good customer service and this place has it.
