DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and acted as if I were stupid when I asked if they had a puppy package (shots/dewormer) for my dog. You stated that I should have checked the website before calling, you should have taken customer service classes before answering the phone.I called you all out of convenience due to working on the same road as your establishment. There is no way in hell I would ever let you all touch or handle my fur childen!!!. I’m super disappointed in the lack of professionalism on the phone and how rude she was. You lost a potential customer and I will be sure to not recommend you to anyone I know.I highly recommend calling Intown Animal Hospital to take your fur babies! I called them and they were so professional, warm and informative unlike Briarcliff.

I have not visited this vet in a while. I moved cities and I now have a new vet that treats my dog so well he actually loves seeing the vet. The more I visit my new vet, the more I am reminded on how much I did not like this place. The last and final time I brought my dog here, he came back with a bloody lip and when I confronted them they told me “he came in like that”. He did NOT. If he did, why as a vet would you not notice and treat that? Because again, I didn’t bring him to you like that. This was the final straw for me. He had been wearing an e-collar for a week and obviously I would know if he has been bleeding prior because it was quite a bit of blood. I still get furious every time I think about this experience I have had with them. Although my dog being injured while at the vet was my biggest concern, I can’t ignore the hefty price tag that came with my visits. After I switched vets my new vet care team are so much more gentle and don’t charge and come up with unnecessary tests I should be running. My dog is doing the best he’s ever done and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to get him to his healthiest. Find yourself an honest vet and not one that tries to operate on your fear. They scared me into getting tests I never even needed. This is a photo of his face after I cleaned him up a bit and cleaned the blood off his e-collar.

This is a good pet hospital (everyone has different experiences and mine have been good so far).App: recommended if you are a patient. Easy to schedule appointments, look at medical records, get reminders of medications, order refills, and even chat with a vet in case of a mini-emergency.Prices: About average from what I've paid at other pet hospitals. Staff: Ok. Some of them feel grumpy but who doesn't. Everyone is polite and you get your job done.Vets: I've seen 3 different vets so far (scheduling) and I've had a good experience. Everyone is polite, considerate and thorough with their examinations. I've never felt rushed and the vets have always taken their time to explain everything to me and given me an opportunity to ask questions. Follow ups from the visit is somewhat lacking though (explained below).Facility and Exam Rooms: Ok. They look a little dated but they get the job done. I'm not expecting a Ritz of an experience.Parking: Plenty, just outside and across the street. What is a little lacking is any personalized service. You feel like this is run as a business. No personal check-ins to make sure your pet is doing ok after a visit. I've had to call them a few times to either get an update on blood work or have the vet add their notes into the portal.

VCA vets are alll corporate greed focused. Care can be good or bad. Find somewhere else that actually cares about you and your pet.

I can't believe the bad reviews on this page. This past week I took my 9 year old dog to the briarcliff VCA who had fleas, skin irritations, and dental issues. I've never had a pet before so I felt very insecure and worried about what to do for my baby: from the front desk staff all the way to the veterinarians were so thoughtful, thorough and patient with me. I've never had someone explain in detail to me my dogs health and what we could do to get him back to his best self. Dr Fowler if you read this I hope you know how much it meant to me. I will be seeing you guys very soon with teddy. 10/10 experience.

Dr. Fowler is a very empathetic doctor and you can tell he tries to see things from the perspective of the animals in his care when he is treating them. He is very informative as well; might even be overwhelming for some. I've had to visit several times in the last few weeks for a couple of dogs and each time kinda felt like a mini lecture in veterinary and medical sciences. I love it.

You guys have gotten greedy. You refuse to refill dry cat food because my cat needs an exam first? Ridiculous! It’s extremely stressful on my cat to take him to vet. I’ll be finding a more understanding vet for my cats. You don’t care about pets, you care more about money. You won’t get another dime out of me.

I started out very nice and our puppy love them, however their prices became exorbitant and the so-called care plan that they sell you is well overpriced for the value you received from it. Don't buy it whatever you do. My advice is don't go to them ever. They do seem to care for your pet but believe me you're going to pay for it.

All of the staff is very kind and professional. Appointments are quick and efficient. They usually take you back to the room at your appointment time and the doctor is there almost right away. Appointments take about 30 mins total. We’ve been seeing Dr Hayes and she does a fabulous job every time. She is knowledgeable and can always answer my questions. Even though my dog doesn’t like the vet, I know he’s in good hands.

First I want to say, the care we have received here recently has been top notch. Dr. Floyd and Dr. Williams both took amazing care of my cat. I went in for a check up and we decided to monitor him at home a bit. When his situation worsened, I called and asked if someone could review a video of my cat's symptoms before I brought him back in. Both doctors reviewed the video and determined that I needed to bring him back in right away. Dr. Williams then recommended that I go to a specialist immediately. Their assessment of my cat's situation was absolutely correct, and while my boy didn't ultimately make it unfortunately, I felt so confident in their care and advice, being that it was ultimately the same assessment given to me by the neurologist. Dr. Williams was especially sweet and empathetic in my follow up appointment where she explained his condition to me. We also recently brought our dog in to see Dr. Rehm. Again, I felt that he gave good advice being that it was really hard to tell if my dog was just dealing with an upset stomach or something worse.I have never had an issue getting through on the phone, wait times in office are always very short, and everyone is very friendly. As others have noted, this location is more expensive compared to other offices in the area, and I had to ask for cheaper treatment options at times. I don't think the pricing is egregious, but you have to ask the right questions and fully understand your options.Dr. Floyd and Dr. Williams were absolutely amazing with my cat, and in my experience, it can be hard to find vets who really know cats and really show that kind of care to them.

Absolutely great care for my dogs and cat. Would give it five stars if not for the price. Quite a pricey practice so not accessible to all. But they are transparent with pricing before they take any action.

I really am impressed with how fluid this Vet is. They got the system down. I do feel that some of them are a bit judgey if I don’t do everything they recommend so I leave feeling a bit guilty though I love my dog and want to take care of them. I have had dogs my hold life and just may not want to do a flu shot for my dog. Don’t think that makes me a bad owner… anyway they are good and know there stuff- just would recommend that they be more understanding if I don’t agree to all they offer.

Such a loving staff. Dr. Tanis, Dr. Rehm, and Dr. Williams treat my dog like their own.

The clinic is chaos! On my first visit the Veterinarian did not examine my dog’s teeth..even stated he wasn’t going to. Three weeks later my dog got a major sinus infection from his teeth that ended him up in an emergency animal hospital. The second visit was worse. After an hours wait to see the Veterinarian I was told he was handling an emergency. Ok. Then he rushes in, spends 5 minutes looking at my dog and rushes out. I didn’t even have a chance to explain what was going on. Then they charge me $90. I said to the tech, “I didn’t get a chance to talk to the Vet before he rushed out, and the tech said “you don’t need to talk to him, that’s what the techs do”. Very unprofessional…I won’t be going back there!
