This is the absolute best storage facility in Atlanta. Every since Annette took
over the property it has run like a fine tuned machine. Her and Janine keep this place in tip top shape. There is never anything out of order or out of place, it’s so clean you can practically eat off the floors. They are always friendly and eager to help and they go out of their way to make sure the property is safe and secure. It’s also situated in a much safer Neighborhood and location than any other facility in the metro area. This provides real peace of mind with all that goes on in the city. If you need to store your boat, rv, furniture or antique car look no further than Brookhaven Storage!

Can’t say enough about how great this place is. We have been customers for three years and it gets better every year. The place is always clean and organized and the staff is incredible. Annette runs a tight ship and keeps our valuables safe and secure and Janine provides customer service that is second to none. Grateful to have this place!

I recently visited Brookhaven Storage as a potential client and had a very disappointing experience. After speaking with the receptionist over the phone about my interest in a specific unit, I visited the site to see it in person. Annette, the property manager, assisted us during the visit.
When I asked if they had drive up units that are climate controlled —something the receptionist had mentioned over the phone—Annette abruptly responded, “We don’t have what you’re looking for,” then closed the unit and walked away without offering any further assistance or clarification.
This experience on top of other passive aggressive comments that Annette made to us led me to decide not to use their services. It's unfortunate that this experience cost them a customer. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service and internal communication so that other potential clients don’t have a similar experience.

I have rented commercial office space as well as storage here for over 15 years. The location is great and the property manager Annette is wonderful to work with. The property is very well maintained and staff is always extremely helpful and responsive. Great company and people to do business with!!!

Well presented place. Conveniently located, friendly professionals. Someone commented on rodents. If you don't store food, you won't have rodents. I saw no evidence of pests. Great job by the staff.

Customer service and knowledge of your business is crucial. Maybe the acting manager on duty was having a bad day or something, but her customer service skills were lacking in every way possible including lack of eye contact. The business does not have active rate cards of their current monthly prices and when my friend and I inquired about why this was we were told that it fluctuates with the market. So I asked about different sizes and different prices and was told that she didn't know. How can you not know and you're working here everyday. She seemed as if she did not like her job nor want to be there. My friend ended up renting at Buford Highway mini storage and is very very pleased with their customer service as well as their prices.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookhaven Storage! Their customer service is above and beyond any I have experienced in any industry lately. The owners went out of their way to accommodate my ever changing storage needs and were a delight to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone with short or long term storage needs in the Brookhaven area. They're the best!
