Stopped in yesterday afternoon to grab a bottle of wine before dinner. The woman near the register (maybe the owner or manager) made eye contact with me but didn’t say a word. I walked closer, still nothing....she actually looked me right in the face and then walked behind me without a greeting.
Thankfully, another staff member was really nice and helped me pick out a bottle. I almost didn’t buy anything because I hate spending money where I don’t feel welcomed, but I was running late and didn’t have time to go anywhere else.
As I was checking out, two guys walked in and the same woman greeted them immediately! ((go figure))..... I was really excited to find a wine shop within walking distance of my office, but sadly I won’t be back.

This is hands down my favorite wine store in atlanta. They have a beautiful selection of wines, they are always getting in new and fun wines to try, and the staff is so knowledgable! Every time I have been in, they are incredibly helpful with finding exactly what I am looking for. The staff is fabulous and the wine is impeccable. Would definitely recommend!

A Hidden Gem for Wine Lovers!
Brookhaven Wines was such a delightful find! We stumbled upon this charming wine shop after a visit to the eye doctor next door, and what a happy accident it was. The selection here is impressive, featuring wines from various regions, including fantastic international options.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain each wine and offering great recommendations based on our preferences. One of the standout features is their monthly half-case club—just $115 (including tax) for six hand-picked bottles of red, white, or a mix! Such a great deal for quality wines.
This spot is officially in our rotation, and we can’t wait to return. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or just looking to explore new flavors, Brookhaven Wines is a must-visit!

I needed to send a gift from out of state very quickly, and Bethany went above and beyond to make it happen for me. She had several options to deliver the gift, seamlessly completed the entire transaction via phone and email, added a gift note, and had it ready in time for the pickup I scheduled. Were I local, I'd absolutely be a regular in the store for the customer service experience alone.

I’ve been here a couple times but recently I went to a wine tasting with a group of friends. The Somm had just gotten sick, but she was such a trooper and FaceTime in with us. Lindsay, at the shop, poured all the wines for us, and she was so knowledgeable! This group of friends definitely left with a couple wine purchases, So many fun facts about tasting wines, and the confidence to order wine at any restaurant. The selection at the store is wonderful and if you have no idea what you were doing, there’s always somebody there to help you.
