Sold defective headphones. Don't buy anything Hudson/brookstone branded. You'll pay 100 bucks for something that doesn't work.

spent $$ on your stuff! you are all over my electric blanket but because a store closed that I bought from you won’t honor the warranty. You say you just gave your name to the manufacturer, but they are closed down too. That would be like Publix not refunding someone for bad milk. It’s YOUR PRODUCT they just sold it … how unfair is that!

Avoid, avoiid avoid...purchased some headphones for my 4 year old daughter for the plane journey. Opened them and tested only to find out tbey are faulty.. Returned to the store within the hour only to be told they do not do refunds or exhanges even for faulty stock. You have to leave the airport amd go to a store outside. Horrible manager disgusting customer service. Wpuld not expect this from store in the airport especially in the usa.

I asked the associate on terminal B to help me select a power bank and after checking me out we opened the power bank and realized it did not charge iPhones and they would not do an exchange for one I could actually use although i hadn’t left the store or used the device. Employees should be better versed in what they are selling customers.

Purchased a set of expensive headphones with Brookstone on a trip. Tried to return them because they worked terribly, and was told "no returns." Last time we'll do business.

On our way back from Grand Cayman we stopped in to buy some noise-cancelling headphones. We were helped my Ms. Troytoria Wade, who gave us excellent service, valuable information, and was a sheer delight to do business with! She was the most polite airport employee I’ve ever encountered. Her talents are being wasted in the store - she needs to be out training other salespeople that work for Brookstone!

I purchased some headphones and they never worked. I could never get them to charge. Brought them back to the store, and they tell me all sales are final. And if I wanted a refund, I would have to follow some online process. When trying to follow the online process, it is clear that they don’t trust you. I will never buy from this store or any of the subsidiaries again he wouldn’t even look at our test, the headphones to validate my claim. This is a lot of work to do all because I trusted a company and purchased something that should’ve worked and didn’t.

Like the other reviewers, I think of brookstone as a cool store with quality inventory of interesting gadgets. I bought a great speaker from them years ago, but now the internal battery is dying and it needs replacing. I ordered a new speaker online, but once it arrived, I realized it didn't have the functions I wanted. My mistake. So, when I decided to return it, the problems began. Brookstone doesn't support returns; you have to contact them to get shipping labels and addresses; you have to pay for returns yourself.First, they sent me an INCORRECT ADDRESS so UPS returned my package. $14 wasted. Then, they twice promised me the refund would be processed "in 2 days"; they took 13 days to finally issue my refund. Giselle is the person who sent me the wrong address and kept making empty promises.Quality products, poor poor poor customer service.

I remember shopping at Brookstone when I was in college and I always remembered them as a store with cool innovative gadgets for your own personal care or for the home. This store at the ATL is not different, it had some really nice variety of items that could be given as gifts or could be bought for one-self. Brookstone is a chain of retail stores in the United States and China. It was founded as a mail-order business in 1965, when it started selling items, such as dental clamps and other specialty tools. Its first physical location opened in 1973 in Peterborough, New Hampshire. The company's headquarters are currently located in Merrimack, New Hampshire.Brookstone sells a wide assortment of products, including remote control helicopters and drones, alarm clocks and smartwatches, massage chairs, speakers, iPads and tablet accessories, blankets, pillows, and many other lifestyle items. Most of the products sold at Brookstone stores are designed by the company and sold under its own brand. Brookstone stores are generally found in airports and also operates an online webstore. The company is distinctive in that it allows customers to play with any product in the store before making a purchase.

Latoya was so sweet, patient, and accommodating with our 14 month old after our flight was delayed 4 hours. Outstanding.

Came in here to purchase a new suitcase but the gal working was so rude and bothered by my questions I didn't bother. I currently have one of your older model carry-ons and love it but it's days are outnumbered. Where I live doesn't have a Brookstone but oh well neither here nor there. You should really reconsider who you put in a place of customer service. Being bothered over legit questions is just rude.
