LITERLALY I AM PISSED. EVERY TIME I COME HERE MY NAILS CHIP. most of the time I just go on about my day because it’s an inconvenience for me to drive back and forth to this location. I stopped coming to this place for several months because of this however I decided to give them another try before I went out of town. I’ve been gone for a week and just came back. My nails started chipping day 2. By the time I come back, they tell me I should have come back sooner. The amount of times I have came in here and spent my money, I should NOT have to pay $40-$50 MORE than I already paid because my SNS did not hold up. That is not a ME problem. That is a salon problem, whether it be the nail tech or the product. Anywhere else SNS lasts up to 3-4 weeks. Week 1 my nails are chipping here. Which, btw, are causing my real nails to break. And I’ve put so much time into growing them out. I am HEATED. They want to talk about they are professional but not giving professional customer service.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I will no longer be a customer here and will be sure to let all my friends who also spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this location to find another business to spend their money.

Absolutely love this nail shop, moved to Atlanta and ive been hooked. My nail tech is the bomb, Steven he shapes to perfection, designs are just like pictures. He is very quick as well. My nails last forever. Anna does my pedicure's and omg she gives me heaven every time. She is very detailed, in addition my feet just look good for so long! If i could give this salon 10 stars i would. Highly recommend. The service the owners provide is so good. They are so friendly & accommodating My go to nail shop??
