Lynn took great care of Gigi and treated her as if she were her own! She went above and beyond and spent extra time with Gigi and always gave me detailed updates. She left flowers and a thank you note. Also, my home was cleaner than when I left. She truly loves pet sitting and it shows. Maddie and Charles in the office are also quick to respond to any concerns or schedule changes and area pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Buckhead Paws to take great care of your pets.

Buckhead Paws is all-around, hands-down the absolute best! I contacted them in an emergency and they went above and beyond to ensure my dog was cared for.. even during "off-times". Maddie and Mark have come through many times and Reece absolutely LOVES Nadiia! I was worried he wouldn't want to walk with anyone because he is attached to my hip, but he is so excited to walk with her. I am so pleased with everyone and beyond grateful.

We have tried so many dog walking services and this is by far our favorite. We receive regular updates and have peace of mind knowing our dog is in great hands. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had an excellent experience with Buckhead Paws. We recently moved to Atlanta and I was very worried about finding a service who can help us with our senior dog during trips. She is part of our family, and she is not used to be alone. Fortunately, we found Buckhead Paws. They answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind about the service. The weekend was perfect. We received pictures, messages, and a detailed report of each visit, that gave us the feeling that one of the family was caring about my dog. I recommend 100% the service!

The team Buckhead Paws is amazing! Like any crazy animal lover, I treat my dog and cat like children — and there are few companies that I trust to give them the same care and attention. Esther from Buckhead Paws went above and beyond to make sure our pets were happy while we were away. As an added bonus, the pet care platform that they use at Buckhead Paws is extremely thorough and easy-to-use. They sent detailed pet diaries every day, so we could check in on our babies while we were away. We’ll be back again and again!

Buckhead Paws came to my rescue when I had a last minute request for Spring Break week! Both walkers took the time to come for a meet and greet so my dog got to know who was coming which was unexpected and appreciated. They will absolutely be my go-to Pet Service for any of my overnights and dog walking needs moving forward. Mark and his team are great!

I love Buckhead Paws! They came to the rescue after my longtime dogsitter quit because she was too stressed to take care of my most senior pet. Their customer service is excellent. Nicole S. took great care of my house and dogs and sent detailed notes and photos after each visit. When my return flight was delayed Maddie picked up immediately after hours to assure me the dogs would be taken care of and Nicole would always respond on her personal cell. The service is expensive but the piece of mind makes it worth the cost.

I was referred to Buckhead Paws from another Pet Sitting Service and was pleased with the services provided for my cat while I was out of town. This was my first experience with a pet sitting service and gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. Esther was my sitter and she took photos of each visit which I really appreciated. We have been SO pleased! The online scheduling makes it easy and the care for our 2 pups is top notch! We have a very anxious pup afraid of strangers and our pet sitter has won him over - FAST!

The Buckhead Paws team is fantastic! We have used this company for years and they have reliable service and caring pet sitters. Their new digital “Pet Care Journal” is great too - lets you see details of the visit, walk routes and messages from your sitter. I’d highly recommend Buckhead Paws to anyone in need of pet sitting or walking services!

Mark and team understand what is important to their clients, they are responsive and take great care to ensure our dog is happy in his own environment. I feel confident that medications are administered properly, and if we have a travel hiccup our dog will not be left alone. Thanks Mark & team!

I reached out to Buckhead Paws three weeks before Christmas, looking for over night care and daily visits for my four pets. This was a very difficult last minute request, as our trip was over the Christmas holiday. The company managers were so wonderful and spent a lot of time making requests to various sitters and they were successful in finding wonderful care for our pets. The sitters were very diligent, sent pictures of all four pets each time they visited and were very good at sending me texts if they had questions about anything at our home. I will definitely use this wonderful company again and highly recommend them to others.

I was a nervous wreck to try a new company/pet sitter. I almost canceled a trip until I spoke to Buckhead Paws and met Lauren. Yes, I was still nervous, but had a good feeling...and was not disappointed. Mark Shaver, the owner, has a corporate background which is evident in how he operates the business. The pet sitters are employees, not contractors. This gave me additional peace of mind because it illustrates that Mark takes responsibility for the actions of those he hires. Employees are also subject to a federal background check, which gives me an even greater comfort level of Mark's tight ship.

I am so happy to have a place like Buckhead Paws in my city to take care of my little fur children. They are so so responsive, streamlined, and just plain kind to work with! It has never been easier to book a sitter even a few days out from a trip. I had to leave my bunnies at home unexpectedly for Christmas vacation and Buckhead Paws was able to take care of it with just a few days notice.Not to mention the quality of the sitters; Eileen, who has bunny-sat for me three times now, is just absolutely phenomenal. You can tell she has such a pure love for animals and leaves me such detailed journals and pictures while I am away. I wouldn’t want anyone taking care of them but her!!! (Although I know the rest of the Buckhead Paws sitters on Mark and Robin’s team would do a fabulous job as well!) If you’re crazy about your fur children like I am, Buckhead Paws is the way to go.
