If you take care of your car, do not expect this business to do so. I have long been a customer here but I am appalled at the complete lack of care they showed my vehicle and mismanagement of communication with me made things significantly worse costing me money and time.I brought my car in for a tire replacement two weeks ago on a Monday. They had to order the tire and told me it would be in the next day. I had to call to check in on the status to be told it would arrive the following Monday. Not convenient but I understood. I followed up that Monday because again, no proactive communication, and I’m told it was shipped via FedEx and is out of their hands… They proceed to tell me it’s arrived an hour later so I take it in. When they replace the tire, I am taken completely aback by how they ruined the alloy tires. Absolutely scratched them all up. Pictures included. When I confront them, they just tell me I need to make an appointment for them to fix this mistake they’ve made. I make one two days later and show up at the scheduled time. They still have yet to attempt to fix the tire and have to outsource someone to fix the mistake they’ve broken. That person has yet to show up and they do not have a solution. They put my spare tire on so I can drive the car but have made no attempt to proactively communicate with me so I’m continually following up trying to understand when they’ll fix the costly problem they’ve caused.I highly recommend looking elsewhere for tire service in Buckhead.

Terrible experience. Changed breaks and rotors at this location and they were never fixed. Breaks made scraping noice from day one. Took my car back 4 times and nothing was done. Last time I went the lady at front made me feel as if I was lying about the issue even though I’m sure all my visits are in their system. I’d give my money to someone with better customer care and overall service next time

These people are crooks at best. They told us it would be 1500 to replace our clutch, slave cylinder, and resurface the fly wheel, and it would be done in 1 day. They called us and told us it was ready last Monday. We went to pick it up, and the engine light was on (it wasnt before hand), and the car was stuck in reverse. So we left it there.Next day, I called for an update, they said they bled the slave cylinder, and it was ready for pick up. We went to get it, engine light was off, technician said it was a sensor or fuse that he had to hook back up. We had to pump the clutch a bunch of times to get it to go into gear. The technician told us we should be fine, but to watch our brake fluid and if we lost any, to bring it back. Then the same technician told us he didn't like that we had to pump the clutch, that something wasn't right. If it wasn't right, why are you telling me I'm good to drive the car.?? He also told us there was an O ring that needed replacing, but the kit they ordered didn't come with one. I paid these people 1500 dollars to do the job RIGHT. We took the car and got stranded in 6pm traffic 1 mile from that shop on Roswell RD. We had to sit in the middle of traffic pumping the clutch for almost 10 minutes before the car would go back into gear. We got to our apartment that is 15 minutes from their shop at 730. The clutch pedal was completely gone by then. The next day which was Thursday, they towed the car back to their shop and they've had it ever since. They had not called us ONE time with an update this entire time until yesterday, and that's only because I went up there Monday and asked them what was going on with my car. Everytime I called they had no update. Not acceptable. They called us this morning and told us the car was running perfect and to come pick it up. We did, and as soon as we turn the car on, the engine light was back on. They told us once again that it was a relay. Why couldn't they have fixed it while they had it for a whole week.?The car drives but now is throwing codes for a fan relay and the airbag. Neither of which were on when they ran the original engine diagnosis. They admitted to running the diagnostic, admitted we had no codes, but are refusing to take ownership for what they have done to my car. They asked us to bring the car BACK after they have had it OVER a week, so they could build us an estimate for engine light repairs that THEY caused. We are reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General. Their communication is non existent, and their techs don't seem to know what they're doing. If you value your hard earned money, and transportation, do NOT take your car to them.Update This place is still horrible. They refuse to take accountability for the damages they caused to my vehicle.

Alvin was incredibly helpful! Treats everyone like family, which I appreciate. You can tell he truly loves his job and enjoys coming into work, working at Goodyear for 43 years is such an impressive bonus, he handles everyone professionally and gives them as much knowledge as he can about whatever you need (which is a lot!) I got new tires, alignment, new shocks, brake, oil change, transmission, and differential fluid and he called and walked me through the entire process. It was a relief knowing that I could be assured that I was in good hands. Will never go anywhere else! The entire team was great, I would also like to shout out Jason, he was very kind and welcoming as well.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant. Everyone I encountered from the admin (Jason and Alvin) to the mechanics were awesome to work with.

I wish I did not have to write this review. I have had good service in the past but the last time they worked on my car, I could have died from the mistakes they made. I bought 4 new tires. Two weeks later a rhythmic sound started. I thought it was related to the new tires. I took it in and they promptly looked at it and told me there was a defect in some sort of piece which was unrelated to the new tires. The tech told me the part was old and in need of replacing. He said the dealership would not sell the part to them so I needed to have it done at the dealership. I asked if it was OK to drive my car. He assured me it was. I asked again, "Can I safely drive this car?" He said yes. I took it to the dealership (had to wait 2 weeks) and I was told everything was OK with the car but at Buckhead Tire they had NOT screwed the bolts properly to THREE of the tires that were replaced. He said one set of bolts he could turn with his finger! I called Buckhead Tire to let them know what had happened. The manager was very nice and told me they had recently fired the mechanic who had worked on my car due to his poor work ethic. I said I understood and was happy he admitted that but questioned why did someone not call me? I could have died on the expressway if one of the wheels came off! I said I would like to speak to the owner about this incident and he promised the owner would call but it has been a few months and I've not heard from them. I am very disappointed because they have done some good work in the past but I just can't trust them any longer.

If only we could leave zero stars…I was only supposed to have 4 new tires put on.Once the job was complete, the actual owner of the company called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. At which time he informed me, my spark plugs needed replacing.Actually, I’m so sick of even thinking about this nightmare I’ve had with them (AND THEY’VE TAKEN ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR), I’m done typing. All i can say is if anyone reads this review & still decides to take their car there…. YOU ARE A FOOL!!!

I wish I could chose zero stars. Avoid this repair shop at all costs. I dropped by car off with it making a loud noise in the front passenger side under the hood. They said that it was a belt that needed to be replaced so I said to replace it if that is what is needed. I later returned to pick up my car, paid for the repair, went to my car and the noise was louder than ever when I started the ignition. When I went back inside to ask about it, I was met with much attitude from the two men behind the counter. One proceeded to tell me that I instructed him to replace the 'serpentine belt', and that is what he did. I quickly informed him that I have no clue WHAT a 'serpentine belt' is, nor have I ever used that term. Both were extremely rude, and then when I asked what we were going to do to remedy the situation, the guy had the nerve to ask me if I would like to schedule a time to bring my car back to fix the loud noise. Worst car repair shop /customer service ever - and I have had bad experiences in the past.

Damage done to car during service and no responsibility taken from this vendor. Went in for simple oil change. Car running perfectly - I keep it in fantastic shape. Received car back with engine speed adjusted to extreme high levels (why did they even adjust this during an oil change?) and loud noises from the car, because it was shaking so badly. Called many times and was simply put on hold each time f-o-r-e-v-e-r, which seems to be the shop's way of saying "we don't want to take responsibility for this." I went to a different, reputable shop for repairs - some hoses had been split and engine speed, etc. To make it worse, some of the employees there talk to women in a very inappropriate manner. All in all... not so good.

I’ve been going to Buckhead Tire for a few years now and stop in today to get some prices on tires for my Mercedes. Immediately.upon entering I felt extremely uncomfortable! The older gentleman behind the counter just stared at me very creepily and made the hair on my neck stand up on my neck. Once he asked me if he could help me I explained I need tires for my SUV, the gentleman named Alvin said let’s go outside and look at your tires! Once outside he started to tell me how attractive I was and made an awkward comment about my pants being tight. I told him I was uncomfortable and he apologized and finally looked at my tires, once he looked them over he asked me to come back inside with but I was to uncomfortable and decided I was leaving! Learn how to treat women I will never be back again!

Incompetent is the best way to describe my experience! Wasted an hour of my life dealing with Alvin! Just needed a tire for my Honda Accord it took this man 50 minutes to tell me couldn’t get me a tire! Went down the street and Dekalb has me back on the road in 30 minutes!

1 star is generous. Had an appointment last week to drop off my car for an oil change, tire rotation and plug. Paid for all 3 services and picked up when they called to tell me my service was complete. Low tire pressure light came on again 2 days later. Took a closer look and realized the tires were not rotated either. Called for another appointment. Was told to just bring it by. I was told “30 minutes” to complete the services I paid for on the previous visit. Noticed 1 hour later they were finally pulling the car in. Total trip took 1.5 hours. Would not have been a problem if they had been honest so I could’ve gone back to work. A little honesty (or quality control,) goes a long way. Just let me go after 1.75 hours. Didn’t get rotated. Was not refunded.

Dropped my car off after hours and they called me first thing the next morning with breakdown of services needed. They helped offer alternatives for tires to find me good quality and cost-effective. Great customer service!
