I went here on Saturday, February 4th. I booked a few days early. When I arrived it was multiple trucks on the lot, but he told me they were all out of order, but he still charged me $75 saying I was a no show which is a bold face lie. Don’t rent from them.

Husband and I booked a truck a WEEK ago to pick up today as we move in a literal hour from now. Lady calls us 30 minutes before scheduled pickup to let us know they just simply don’t have a truck for us and basically good luck. I’m 5 months pregnant, we had friends driving in from other cities to help us lift and move. Avoid this garbage establishment at all costs. Pay a little extra for a Uhaul.

Staff are nice. They have some really nice car rentals here such as Dodge Chargers with Hemi package, BMW X6, 2500 Ram with Longhorn executive packages, etc.My personal experience with the commercial truck rentals however we're not that great.Placed a reservation online only to arrive and be told that the truck I requested was not available.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Went there today to pick up my cargo van at 9 AM. When I got there they told me my van has a flat tire and that they don't know when someone is going to fix the tire. Why didn't someone notify me before instead of wasting my time this morning? Horrible customer service. I'm still without my van, and this has delayed my move. I only wish I read reviews before booking a rental from this location. Budget customer service over the phone wasn't much help either. Poorly run company.

Hours on budget truck site and online for this location state open at 0830. Reserved a pickup time for 0830, only to arrive to see a locked door with hours opening at 0930. Called and said they could try to find us another location but could take “15 minutes to 2 hours” had to wait an hour on our very busy moving day. Poorly ran.

I recently had a oneway rental from Texas to Atlanta. Dropped the truck off Sunday night (after hours drop box) filled out the tank literally 3 blocks from the Budget location. 24 hours later I was charged $50 for fuel. Was told to call customer service and they weren't helpful. Horrible customer service. I also Just read a review about my exact same situation

DO NOT RENT HERE! Don't even waste your time. I wish I could rate this location a "zero stars" because it was that bad. I reserved my rental truck three weeks in advance. I called the week of to confirm my truck. I get there at 9 AM to pick it up and there are seven rental trucks in the parking lot. I walk in, the guy was so incredibly rude. He told me that my truck is no longer available. I was flabbergasted because I called earlier in the week to confirm. He did not call me to let me know it wasn't there. I was confused because his parking lot is full of Budget trucks and his response was they are all broken down. Again, giving me attitude like it is my fault the truck is not available. Remind you, now it is moving day for me. People have been hired to help me load my truck and he does not have my truck. He did not even have the decency to give me a call that morning to let me know. He did not even try to help find another truck. He just told me to call customer service, threw the brochure at me and helped the person after me. I was appalled! I called customer service and five hours later I finally get a truck that ended up putting me seven hours behind schedule. Save yourself the headache and do not use this location.

Excellent place to shop. I've been a customer for many years. Great prices and just about anything you are looking for this store has it. Great return policy plus fast friendly service.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I wish I could give this place a negative score. It doesn't even deserve 1. This review is one of many things I am doing to report the unbelievably TERRIBLE experience I had. The associate who I refer to below is Dennis. First off this location is inside a pawn shop. A run down, sketchy pawn shop. We show up and the doors are locked. Confused, we walk around looking for a way to enter and a disheveled man grunts, "uh- OVER HERE!" In a rude way. We go inside and wait at a window that is the 'Budget' establishment so to speak. He does stuff around the pawn shop for a few minutes then slowly makes his way to us. After he sits down in front of us I begin to talk about the truck that we are there to pick up and HE HOLDS UP A FINGER TO ME TO GET ME TO STOP TALKING. The only thing he tells me is "We don't got that truck." He shakes his head. Umm what do you mean? He explains that the person who had rented the truck the day before had not yet returned it. The first thought that comes to my head: Why didn't you call before we showed up to explain this? THEN he tells me that WE have to call customer service to get a new truck at a different location. First off- I am pissed he is not calling for me. I've working in customer service a lot and this is common protocol. But nope- he doesn't have the care or time of day apparently since he was running a pawn shop, budget truck rental, and trading some parts with two other shady dudes outside a majority of the time. I call customer service. At this point, I am looking to get a deal on a truck after this inconvenience. I go through the automatic system and *finally* get to a real person and explain what's going on. Then I get transferred back to the original automatic system. Frustrated, I go through the process again after reaching a real person and it GOES TO THE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM AGAIN WHERE I STARTED. I try one more time and the same thing happens. I am angry at this point. So I go back over to the Budget/Pawnshop guy, who is trading/selling parts in the side of the parking lot at the time, and I explain my experience on the phone. He is frustrated that he even has to deal with me. “Uh, I cant do anything. All I can do is call customer service and go through the same thing you just went through.†I say, “Actually, that's exactly what you are going to do. I shouldn't of been the one to call customer service in the first place. YOU should of. I do NOT work for budget and you DO.†I am FRUSTRATED. HE ROLLS HIS EYES AT ME. He rushes to the pawn shop, slams the door open and goes to the back to call customer service for me. It took him 2 minutes to get to customer service! He yells to me, “The phone is on the wall†while pointing to a wall behind the counter of the pawn shop section with about 1 million other things on it. He rushes out of the store. I can't find where the phone is so by the time I do, they are not on the phone anymore. My SO goes to get him again to call again and he is clearly pissed that we need him to actually be a budget employee. He gets through again and my SO takes the call. They tell us on the phone that it could take between 15 minutes to 2 hours to get us a truck. What a gaping window! This put us way behind schedule. We got to the point where we decided to cut our losses. WE TOOK OUR BUSINESS TO UHAUL. Before we left, we wanted to express our frustrations with the guy and he literally WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK US IN THE EYE. He had his body turned away from us as if to say, “I know I have to stay to hear you, but it doesn't mean I am going to listen.†Then when I started to speak to him HE LITERALLY WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM. He didn't do this when the males were speaking to him. Nope. ONLY FOR ME. He treated me differently as a woman AND I WILL NOT STAND FOR THAT. He should of called to tell us the truck wasn't available before we showed up. He did not care and was running 3 businesses at once. DO NOT GIVE THIS SEXIST MAN YOUR BUSIN
