Worst customer service in the world there tonight. Mobile ordered cheese curds, a cookie, and a drink, they were out of the curds. I ask can I get anything instead? No suggestions, so I ask about a burger. Worker looks at me like I’m crazy and says they’re too differently priced, I can get fries instead. Found that ironic because cheese curds ($6.49) are actually the same difference in price to the burger ($9.99) as fries ($2.99) yet I was practically accosted for suggesting it could be a substitute. Told I have two choices, come back from 11am-2pm to talk to the general manager and get a refund, or take fries which are $3 less than what I ordered and not what I ordered. So tomorrow I’ll be going back to the general manager I guess. In addition to the above debacle, I was also yelled at when I asked if I could get the rest of my order, and the worker’s manager Dante decided to resolve the situation by gaslighting me and suggesting I was always getting the rest of my order even though his coworker clearly had other ideas. Go to Waffle House instead, you won’t be yelled for asking to be compensated for a $6.49 menu item you already paid for being out.

i went in with a bad mood- and regardless of that BWW helped me pick out items i was unfamiliar with and we're very kind and gracious (regardless of my moodiness!) dante at this location really gets all the credit! a big shout out to him. i was one of several difficult customers and he dealt with all of us patiently and kindly! thank you dante! you're the best! good luck in the BWW commercial tomorrow!

Completely ignorant to their ordering system. Staff is unprepared and left off half our order. Then called and everyone was clueless.

I just walked out the store, I can’t allow someone to disrespect me for NO reason. As I’m ordering through the QR I see the drink is $3 but on the menu is says $1 if added to any bundles. I simply ask the black man with the dreads who I assume is the manager everyone is complaining about, “hey the app says this but I thought you can get a drink for a $1”. He responds to me:“Just get it. I’ll give the drink for free you tripping over $3. Don’t act like you never been here before.”????? I literally had to ask does he know me is there a reason why he’s talking to me like that and that it’s making me uncomfortable. You would think he’d just apologize and move on but no he goes: “no I’m not giving no attitude… I just need you to get the money part so we can do it”, then goes in the back and tells his employee “she tripping about $3”. Bro why didn’t you just say “don’t worry about the app mam I’ll fix it”…… RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Indoor seating is available. Have to use the app/website to order. They have buy one get one deals on tuesday- however, this is app/web only. Mango habenero wings are very spicy and good.

we ordered wild wings combo, they gave us mild instead and also forgot the fries. the employee who took our order was incompetent and could barely understand us without help from the manager.

Normally the food is great as I come here at least twice a week, but the crew tonight is terrible. I got a 3 piece tender,Fries and drink. The fries are wet, the tenders are tuff and i knew something was odd with the coke machine bc it had no fizz and yes the coke is flat smh.i threw it all awayI never care about them having great service but dang ya’ll dropped the ball this time and I had a bad feeling tonight bc they just too on they phones, eating, drinking cranberry juice and the guy manager with the salt and pepper beard is just as immature as the team. Lead your staff and set an example versus hiding all the time smh. They need Kimera (i think thats her name- a regional that filled in one day last week at this location). She was on the job!

The food is nice and hits the spot. The staff was friendly and patient with my giftcard. The only major complaint I have is with the app itself. Online ordering almost never works and I keep getting error messages. Other than that, the actual location and food are fine.

First off, I don't write reviews.... Ever. But this place deserves one. I try to give it the benefit of the doubt. We've been probably 10-15 times. 10-15 times weve been let down. I appreciate the consistency of the poor service this location delivers. You would think out of sheer luck that they might be able to provide one good experience.... they haven't. It's beer and wings. I will most likely go again.... And be let down yet again. If you're reading this, go to The Bird down the road where they know how to provide a good experience

I wish there was an option for no stars, but since there isn’t I’ll leave one. I placed two orders online, my nephew goes to pick them up and of course they’re not ready and the only gives him ONE order. I called for an hour straight to get someone on the phone to only tell me that I could come back today because he couldn’t give me a refund. And, of course I’ve been calling and there’s no answer. Such a big inconvenience and I’ll never spend another dime there. It’s a shame that we have to shop outside of our Community to get good service.
