The largest collection of international foods I've ever seen! There is a large produce section with an impressive variety here. You'll also find a large seafood department. But what really stands out is the massive selection of packaged goods from all over the world. If you are looking for hard to find international items in their native packaging, this is a great place to visit. Greek, Russian, Thai, Japanese and countries I've never heard of are represented here.

No reason to have a phone. Nobody ever picks it up to see what a customer wants or needs.Meat department on permanent vacation. Seafood and customer no service are just too busy to mess with a customer.Forget trying to reach the store manager. He’s not around as well If this is how to run a business. Go back to school

Post expiration date food sold at eastern european section. Absolutely horrible customer service. Manager not available. They simply don’t care. This used to be good store with variety of quality foods from around the world. It has now become an overpriced paradise of spoiled groceries and bad service. Checkout lines are very long as very few registers open. The place is just not clean and poorly operated. AVOID IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH! Update - March 2024 - one price on the shelf, but a much higher one at the register.

AMAZING! This is not a "farmer's market" with independent vendors. This is an international grocer that does a good job of covering the entire globe. Two hours were spent browsing, and we did not get down every aisle or the produce section. There is a large section of fresh and frozen fish. Look for smaller counters dedicated to European cheeses, cured meats and bread. The scent of fresh corn will lead you to the tortilla bakery . . . The only drawback is that there didn't seem to be any dine in options, but we did not cover the entire store. It was well worth our 2 hour drive. Bring a cooler!

THE BEST grocery in all of Georgia. I've lived in Chamblee, Ponce area, West midtown, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Duluth.. and NOTHING offers such a vast, well stocked, diverse AND affordable array of produce, meat, and packaged items.Things you should know:I. PARKINGBuford Highway Farmers Markets has a massive parking lot. This place is packed on weekends, so expect to park a little ways away and walk.II. SERVICEThey offer one of the largest varieties of fresh produce in all the grocery stores of Atlanta to accommodate even the most exotic dishes. Organic options are available but limited. Spices are locally sourced & all the fish in the inner fish market are wild-caught. You'll note a European & Latino bakery within the walls. Japanese and Korean dishes, banchan & rice cakes are also available. The aisles of packaged items are categories by regions. We always gravitate towards the Korean, Japanese, and Eastern European sections.III. QUALITYFresh! All the produce will not disappoint. They DO have a sale section for the aged fruits/vegetables, giving it one last chance of getting quickly utilized rather than thrown away.I will say, the makkeoli was not fresh.. the bottle we saw while browsing was expired. I cannot vouch for package items after that so please view the expiration dates. The spices are all locally sourced and not made with all the fillers you get from mass produced items. The fact that the fish market is all wild caught too is of high quality.IV. CAPACITYWeekends are packed! Week days are a little less chaotic.
