waited 10 mins for 2 burgers. Got them and they were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Seating area needed to be swept. Find a different place to eat.

I always do the drive thru and have to say the staff is ALWAYS cheerful and sweet. I love that! And appreciate their smiles and enthusiasm!

I’m just here to pick up food. I go up to the inside the doors are locked. I signaled for the employee to come over. She shook her head no. I said I just am here for an order that’s already sitting there. She said oh well go to the drive through. When there’s a long line. Worst service possible. New staff perhaps management… POS place not to mention it’s only 7pm so why is the lobby always closed…. And why can’t they atleast pass delivery drivers the food. …..

On Wednesday March 27, I went to BK for dinner. They were swamped, but the way Management was helping to cushion the staff as they worked diligently through the chaos made it a flawless transaction for all that were involved. The staff was poised, courteous, considerate and adequately serving their customers. They were fast, accurate and still friendly. Everyone who was on shift this evening, THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO & THANK YOU LEADERSHIP (management)

This Burger King is a Joke they need to be closed and the management needs to fired how are you going to be open but close before your advertised closing time, talking about you are only accepting door dash orders that is so so crazy to me. I always had bad service with this location.

My brother got food from here today it was not cooked all the way through.. people need to learn to cook food only they'll eat… food is too expensive to throw away and gas too expensive to go return for corrections. We should call the alphabet people (OSHA, Fema, Peta…) for cross contamination and unsafe food temperatures.

The worst customer service you could ever receive. Young lady (blonde braids) at drive thru was rude as soon as she answered the drive thru mic. Continually asked “Is that all” the entire time I was ordering. Once at the window there was no greeting, was on her cellphone on Snapchat the entire time I was waiting at the window. Management needs to wrk on this issue as this is not the first bad experience. I only returned due it’s close to home. Never again tho…
