Burn Bootcamp Sandy Springs is a fresh start ! I’m on a new adventure with new goals. Burn is just the place to help me reach those fitness & nutrition goals.I love the bootcamp style workouts. The staff is kind & helpful from suggesting a clean pre-workout supplement to encouraging words after a tough workout. The trainers kick it into high gear by cheering me on during a tough set. They give me the motivation to push myself to the last second.A co-worker of mine told me awhile ago to try it. I didn’t believe at the time it would work for me. After a recent conversation with her, she told me to go for it that I wouldn’t regret it. She was right! I leave each camp empowered to be my best!

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! The staff is the best and they’re all so encouraging! If you want some variety in your workout, you’ve found your place. I love that the coaches push me, in a good way, and keep classes fun. They’ve accommodated me throughout my pregnancy so I can still safely workout and that means so much to me. You will not regret joining Burn!

I love Burn!! Only place that has ever kept me interested in working out. I love that I just show up and 45 mins get an amazing workout. The workouts aren’t ever the same so you never get bored. Come try it out!

I just started at Burn, and absolutely love it. The instructors are wonderful. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The workouts are great for everyone, completely adaptable to one’s fitness level and energy level!

I have been doing burn boot camp for over 5 years and still don’t get tired of the workouts! They are tough, but the trainers are there to encourage you and challenge you to do your best. You don’t have to be a certain fitness level to join. You just jump right in and the trainers will help you! Easily the best decision I’ve made for my health and fitness journey.

I love Burn Boot Camp so much. The trainers ACTUALLY care about each individual person and their fitness journey. They know your name. They know if you can lift heavier (safely) and when they do, they will add weight or a modification just for you. That’s what keeps you getting better and better. Alternatively, if you’re early on in your fitness journey, they’ll work with you to make sure you’re getting the best workout you can at your level. I highly recommend recommend taking advantage of the free trial and seeing for yourself. I fell in love day one and I think you will too!

I absolutely love this gym! Everything from the workout to the encouraging staff. The Burn workouts vary so much that I genuinely leave each working out thinking ‘wow that was challenging but so fun’ and that’s what keeps me coming back. Couldn’t say better things about this gym.

If you have ever wanted a personal trainer, found yourself getting bored with the same workout routine, or wish you could stay motivated and see real progress and results, Burn Boot Camp Sandy Springs is for you. I have been a member of Burn for two + years and have never done the same workout twice. The trainers are motivating, push you to be better than you think you are and help you to reach your goals. I can’t recommend it enough and you have nothing to lose by trying them out because you can get a week long trail for free, and experience all the strength and conditioning days that provide a true total body workout by weeks end.

As a previous member of Orangetheory for almost 7 years, and having my first child, I took a break from working out after being diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis in my knee. I’m SO glad my sister and cousin introduced me to Burn - I’m back to feeling strong and confident in myself again. The workouts are never the same and I’m seeing progress each day. I also love how easy the floating floor is on your joints and the ability to modify with injuries! All of the coaches and front desk staff are so nice and the childcare is an added bonus!

have been attending Burn and I am so grateful. The workouts are fun and varied, the trainers are encouraging and the staff are so sweet. I have always been active, but since joining Burn, I have seen my strength and stamina increase tremendously. I have also seen the most effectiveness with toning up and getting rid of extra inches I had since joining Burn.most of it has a child watch baby room good for those mother who want to gym but because of kids they are not able to got this is this good option , Highly recommended .

I have had an amazing experience at Burn Sandy Springs! I started as an absolute beginner and had no problem jumping in totally clueless—everyone was welcoming, the amazing trainers offer modifications and guidance for literally everything, and the rotating camp schedule is easy to get used to. The community and facilities are really great and I feel stronger and a lot more confident in the gym already!

I’ve been a member at this location for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it! There’s a variety of camp times to accommodate all schedules, complimentary childwatch for those who have to bring their kiddos along, and the most challenging workouts around! So much more than just a gym!They even offer a FREE 7 day trial so you can try a camp before you become a member. If you live in sandy springs, this is the place to call your new “Gym Home”!

Awful customer experience and even worse cancelation policy! They make it almost impossible and keep charging you even after you fill out forms and send 10 emails. I would not recommend

Fourth class in and already loving it! If you scrolled past the Facebook page and are thinking about doing it..HERE.IS.YOUR.SIGN! Trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and don't let you quit on yourself. The members give enough high fives to motivate you for your whole day. Don't walk...run and try it out(unless of course it's leg day...then walk carefully lol)
