Cabbagetown Park is a nice little neighborhood park in a historic Atlanta area. It is a lovely and cute spot, perfect for a casual stroll or a picnic, offering a breath of fresh air. The park feels surprisingly quiet and secluded despite being right in the middle of the commotion. It has a great playground for kids, especially small ones, with tall swings. Amenities include nice little walking loops, a nice open field, wide and stroller-friendly paths, tall and lush shade trees, and shaded benches. It is a perfect spot for meditation, to escape noise, to talk and relax, or to enjoy a good view of the moon at night. Community events often happen here.
Nice little neighborhood park. We noticed the kiddie swings were definitely high, so just be ready to lift them babies high to situate them! Tall people friendly swings. 😆
