I walked into the store and I got in there at 8:45 and because the sale associate was going on vacation she refused to give me a service. Definitely rude and as I was walking towards the door she kept going on.i didn't get her name but she was rude throughout my whole 3 minutes experience

Charming children’s clothing store in the Akers Mill shopping center.
Friendly staff, large selection, deep cuts in sale prices, and a safe parking lot.
If you have grandchildren, this is a place to shop. They have a liberal return policy.

If you happen to buy something online you can return or exchange it here. Cute, comfortable, good quality and on days where they have sales What can I say?It's Carter and Oshkosh different than the Carter clothing at Target. They will not return if you buy at Target even with same name. ?

I just called in and ask did they have turtle necks at their store. Customer service was very poor and not welcoming at all.

Great store for kids. Prices very reasonable and the seasonal clearance sales were phenomenal. The store was well stocked and organized. The Sales Associates were very helpful and kind.
