Bad customer service. Member services is run by a third party operators that take your information and promise a call back from the credit union and the call is never made. After 10 calls and leaving countless messages I have yet to receive a call back.

The best credit union and services. Wendy Lambert and Martin Rucker provided excellent assistance to me and they were extremely pleasant, punctual, and professional and always available for questions. I will highly recommend CDC Federal credit union, and also referred my sister who works at CDC to open account and access great services and she has been pleased, along with other colleagues I referred.
