DO NOT try to get your phone fixed here just like other reviews they damaged my phone.I came here just to fix my screen. After screen was fixed I Noticed my front camera was super dusty so I went back to get it cleaned off . They then claimed that once Camera is messed with or gets dirt on it that it won’t be the same . (There was no dust or anything on my front camera before this ) . They will also try to over price you. Ive gotten screen fixed on iPhones for almost 10 years now never experienced this definitely the worse cellphone repair I’ve been too or experienced . It’s literally not that hard

Very reasonably priced and Ali had my phone in and out within 20 minutes for my screen replacement - will definitely come back for any future repairs

Walked in to fix two iPhones (back screens were cracked). Said $99 on the phone for an iPhone 13 and charged $120 before tax. Price also kept changing like they were making it up. BROKE my phone screen while trying to fix it and then complained they had to fix the front screen too even though it was their fault?? Took 3 hrs when they said it would take 1.5. Did not apologize once and when I asked for a discount bc of the insane wait and the fact that they broke my phone she said “well we had to replace the front screen too” like girl you broke it? there is still glue coming off my phone while im typing this. Will never come back, super overpriced and janky.

I wanted to write this review to warn others about getting your phone fixed at this store. The first time I got my phone fixed by this store, I had to get a whole new screen. Now if I knew that the screen they put on wasn’t going to be a genuine Apple part instead of one that they probably got off of Amazon I wouldn’t have even dared to get it fixed here. Ever since they put my screen on my phone, my phone encountered many problems. Jumping screen, screen doing whatever they wanted, screen blacking out , screen shutting off, all of that. I kept having to come back because of problems . My phone finally gave out on me and it was no longer able to be used and I had to buy a whole new phone. When I tried to trade my phone in to Apple , I could not get the full trade in value because the screen was not a genuine Apple screen. I would not recommend getting your phone fixed here. I wasnt trying to spend all this money on a new phone but my phone was getting worse and worse I had no choice but to get one . Also, one of the employees that works here gave me weird , uncomfortable vibes the first time I was there . Was extremely flirtatious and etc . I definitely was uncomfortable being in that store with him by myself.

Cellaris staff were very helpful. The prices were great to have my iPad screen replaced! Within a couple of days I picked up my Apple tablet (iPad). Very happy with the service I received.

I would definitely think twice before taking my device here! It took them the whole day to tell me that phone doesn't get fixed and I learned that they actually did 0 to get to that conclusion! I gave him my phone open on the back and he didn't even know it's open! I asked him what he did, and he said we just tried the sim card on another phone! That took them the whole day! They didn't even gave back my phone glued back!

I paid Cellairis almost $400 to have the back of my phone repair two months ago to only find out yesterday that the part was not an original Samsung part. Battery Plus took my phone apart to show me the difference between the part Cellairis used and the original part they had in stock. And that why my phone didn't last and with all the excessive glue inside my phone. I won't recommend this store.

Horrible service. Went to repair phone and got it back broken, phone would shut off every 10 minutes. Once questioned about it they then expected me to pay more due to them breaking my phone. This problem has never happened with my phone shutting off every 10 minutes but once i took it to them to repair my screen this was happening and now they want me to pay more for something they caused. I had to argue them back and they eventually fixed it for free but took them 2 days to fix it and I had to drive to whole different location to receive my phone.

I called in the morning to check if anyone was available which I recommend doing. Ali called and followed with a text on when they would be available and was very attentive. I dropped my iPhone 13 max off that had a very cracked screen with Ali. By the time I was done with my workout my phone was fixed. Ali then fit my phone with a new case and privacy screen protector. The price was really fair and my phone worked great. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends.

This place no longer exists, even though you can still book an appointment. Went there and the doors were locked and inside had been cleared. Dont make the mistake of booking here
