I recently purchased an hatchet head and handle separately online and took it to the Chamblee Ace Hardware to have the head sharpened and the handle installed. Very happy with the service and the great personable employees.

Went store with my 26 year old daughter my daughter asked whee r key chain, went to look at key chain man came from the back stood not far for a second talking to probably the cashier looked at us for a second and went back to back so I decided to put the key chains back I was about to buy, so as we walk out another gentleman walks up and says can I help u, I was not about to buy the keychain after being treated like I was shoplifting for a six dollar keychain. I think it was because we were black. It was an embarrassing experience, no one wants to go shopping with their family and experience what we did. It was around 2:30 today.

Two weeks ago I went to ace hardware in Chamblee for the first time to buy string for the trimmer I bought from thrift store. All the ladies associate extra helpful. When the lady didn’t figure out she ask Brain to help. Brian checked in the system . I had wrong string holder. So he helped me to buy the right one and made my trimmer work.
The fact every body was helpful to me I will support this business.

Chamblee Plaza's Ace Hardware has always been great. Recently, we bought a new grill from them; the model was not perfect for what we needed. However, we dreaded the hassle of a typical retail return. These guys could not have been more gracious and efficient in making the process a breeze. We love our new grill and will continue to be loyal customers.

In my 33 years , I had never been inside an ACE Hardware store until today. I went to look for a specific battery and I would just like to say that the customer service was unmatched. I know that it’s a chain store, but it had the feel of a small mom and pop store. Everyone had great southern hospitality, the store had great products, overall it was very clean. Will definitely be returning.
