Rude, not helpful, they don care even if you want to checkout your stuffs. All four were chatting and talking each other and I had to wait few mins to check out my shoe. I never ever seen those kinda customer service lol. Go Footlocker instead here.

Jordan was awesome with helping us find some for my husband. It's hard to find a 13 and he made sure we got what we wanted. Store was clean and everyone was super nice!

Was declined a sale because they require an email address for purchase! I won’t need to buy anything from Champs with their new policy. Management standing there with no input or anything…. Thanks! Unbelievable like sales are thru the roof.

Horrible costumer service. The manager will take advantage of clients that can't speak english well and refuse to provide the right assistance. I would highly recommend finding what you need somewhere else. I have only purchased for this place once, and will not be doing it again. It takes a lot for me to set time apart to write a bad review, but the bad service and rudeness of this place needs to be acknowledged.

I’ve been here a few time and everyone is so friendly and kind. I got these pink workout shoes and I use them all the time for the gym ❤️❤️??? definitely recommend this store !All shoes are here for kids and adults !
