This branch used to be really nice. Now you walk in and the manager talks so loud and he is so obnoxious. Manager along with other workers, I’m assuming security is one of the guys are standing around talking about women, butt sizes and as if they at a party. Professionalism has truly gone down the drain at this location. Manager sitting around cussing so loud teller can’t hear me as I’m doing my banking needs smh.. Only two ppl being professional are the bankers at the actual counter. It’s time to find a new branch.

Awful. What takes 5 minutes at other banks takes an hour here. And if someone they feel is more important comes in, they ask you to move and skip you

Very disappointing experience. I’ve been a chase member for years and this branch has forced me to reevaluate my banking needs. This branch does not answer the phone for customer calls and will consistently direct customers to corporate, who then direct you back to the local branch. This branch has failed to provide even the basic level of customer service and I would make sure to steer clear, especially for a business or commercial account.

Went in for a first time credit card app. Everything went smooth. Convenient location with parking.

Thomas Greene helped me open an estate account for a deceased family member. He was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Thanks for the help, Thomas.

I came to this location two days in a row to get some forms notarized for a job I was applying to. The first banker I interacted with essentially told me I had too many forms (four) and that he probably didn't have time to do it for me since he had an appointment coming up. He looked at them anyway and was only able to notarize two forms because the others were not printed with page numbers. No problem, I was worried that may be an issue. I come back the following day with fresh forms to get notarized and the new banker asked me suspiciously if I had already been there to notarize forms. I gave him my info and he did the forms for me. Come to find out, one of my forms was signed, but not stamped by the notary so I was turned away by the potential job. I shouldn't have to check over the work of the notary to make sure it was done properly, especially after coming to this location twice. They also made me bring my own witness which I have never heard of. I'm not sure if the issue was that I am a young woman or what but I feel that I wasn't taken seriously or treated particularly well here. I will be avoiding this branch in the future.

Came to the counter to open up a business account at 1pm, he looks at me then over with one agent with one person and says “o we booked for the rest of the day”. Not a soul in the place. Never even looked a schedule. Went to another location with plenty of people and they took me in within a few minutes. I’ll let you the imagination wonder why that was the case.

I contacted Chase in September to try to open an account for my nonprofit. Because our nonprofit works in Central America, Chase had to go through an approval process to allow us to open the business account, despite the fact that we are a functioning 501(c)3. I was told the process could take a few weeks, and that I would be contacted when the account was open. I never received any contact, and tried to speak with Chase a few times over the next few months. I was always put on the run around at both the branch and at corporate. I just reached out to Chase again hoping to find out more information. I was told the account was opened, but because it was never funded, it was closed. Chase will not reopen the account for me unless I come in person to an office. As a teacher, I cannot give up class time at the end of the year to accommodate bank hours. Despite the fact that I have already come to a branch in person when I originally of the account, the manager at the chase bank off Howell Mill Road in Atlanta will not make an exception. It is wildly disrespectful of my time as a teacher, and also while he disrespectful of our tiny nonprofit. Chase was not made for small businesses, and they clearly do not care about nonprofits.

Having an outgoing voicemail message that says you're too busy to talk to me so I should call back some other time is not an effective way to get new customers to come do business at your bank.

I am so disappointed in this bank. I had to transfer my Nicaraguan non-profit's account to Chase, because our current bak no longer partners with Central American Banks. Because Chase still works in Latin America, we tried to move our account to Chase. Despite the fact that we are a functioning 501(c)3, Chase still needed an approval process to open our account. I was told this could take weeks to a little over a month to approve, so I waited. I never heard back from Chase. Trying to get into contact with this specific branch is difficult, and I was put into an endless cycle of contacting corporate and being told to contact the branch. After waiting a few months with no contact, I reached out again. I was told by Corporate that the account was opened, but because it was not funded, it was closed again. The Howell Mill Branch will not re-open the account unless i come in in person. I am an elementary school teacher and a high school coach. I can't take time out of teaching to accommodate the bank's mistake. I have already lost time that I should have been with my class on this bank. Because we are a small non-profit, we were not made a priority. Chase clearly does not care about small business.

I had an incredible experience at this branch with Mr. Nikola Drobnjak. He is hands down the best banker my family and I have dealt with and is extremely knowledgeable. We look forward to building a relationship with Chase as a result of this experience!
