From the get go, it wasn’t a good experience. It took us about 15 minutes to be seated and there was a line of others almost out the door waiting because there was no one at the host stand. Once seated, it took quite a bit of time for our waters and bread to be brought over. After a longer wait to get our orders in, it took an entire hour for our food to get out. The food was mediocre at best. Additionally, at the beginning of the night they asked if we were there for a special occasion. It was my mother’s birthday, and they brought out a slice of cheesecake for her that said happy birthday which was kind— but it was on our bill at the end of the night. We didn’t mind paying for it, but the way it was discussed and brought out made us assume it was on the house, which could’ve been an unfair assumption on our part. We were there for 3 hours total, from walking in to leaving with our bills paid because the service was so horribly slow.

So I went today being Easter Sunday I ordered two drinks and two to go orders! 70.70$ I expected excellence. I have reached out to customer service for a prior order and nobody reached out. I expect nothing less but with spending this much money I will patronize another business (.) The chicken was so small and my appetizer order was so messed up I didn't even get to take a picture I just threw it away. I will take my money to a restaurant that cares about food presentation and quantity for 70.00 for one person(.)

Be prepared to wait extremely long for everything. Two to three times as long as they quote you. An hour plus to prepare any entree. Absolutely never visit this place again. I made that horrible mistake of giving them a second chance and it was even worse than the first time. Save your time and your money and avoid this cheesecake factory at all costs. Especially if you have children... The screaming and crying for 3 hours waiting for food was terrible.

It's a cheesecake factory. Their brand is their promise. We had a big group, even with a reservation we had a long wait. Service was understandably slow. Had the chicken and avocado sandwiche with sweet potatoe fries for a $1.90 up charge. I should have complained the fries were cold... The sandwich was fine... We paid $94 for 3 people and no cheesecake... So way over priced for what it was.

I would call ahead to get wait times before going. Food was good service was a bit slow but it was really busy. I wouldn't wait an hour or more for this again.Parking: Just Valet if available or you may have to park quite a distance from the facility.Wheelchair accessibility: It is WC accessible.

3/27/24Literally the worst cheesecake factory close to Atlanta or surrounding areas.I came in at 4:45pm. There were empty booths by the bar but the hostess told me they were pre booked and in shift change. She told me there'd be a 10 minutes wait and I said ok. I waited 25 minutes to be seated only to be told where I sat is not the happy hour area. They then sat me at 1 of the booths by the bar where the waitress was rude and walked past me multiple times serving others. I asked for brown bread which never came along with a burger, mushrooms, and wontons. I eventually paid for my Strawberry lemonade & left at 6:10pm. This is the 3rd time I have given this place a try and its terrible. Dunwoody location is better.*update 3/28/2024 the rude waitress tipped herself $6 fraudulently on my card. My bank sent me an updated final price this morning. THIEF! I will be reaching out to management

I came Sunday March 24th with a reservation for 12:30p and was seated. The waiter with long braids came by and complimented my baby but mentioned how her children “had hair” which made me feel uneasy but I looked past it. Then as the time went by we had to continue to ask for simple things, like refills, straws to even drink our drinks. Food had a hair in it. Not to mention the nonchalant attitude from the waiter. Did not seem like she wanted to be at work. We ordered cheesecake to go and my baby started crying but I was waiting for our food. Literally waited 30 mins and there wasn’t a lot of cus there. She was just standing at the computer post with another waiter and starring at me. She had already brought the bill and didn’t bother to ask if me and my friend were separate. So after she just sat it down and walked away we agreed that I would pay for everything and she would order 2 shots and use her card to tip. I STILL ADDED A $5 tip with my card being nice and after waiting for so long and no one brought me food I had to step out with my crying baby and breast feed in my car. When my friend came out she informed me that the waiter went back to the table to question her on why I left a $5 tip. Because she didn’t know that my friend was leaving a tip with her card. BUT HAD SHE SPOKEN TO US OR SHOWED ANY CONCERN ABOUT OUR TABLE SHE WOULD HAVE KNOWN SHE WAS BEING TIPPED ON THE DRINK TICKET. So my friend explained to her that she was being paid with her card and that’s when she brought the cheesecakes and drinks. So she paid for a shot I didn’t get to drink and she purposely took forever because she was upset about the tip left. The attitude of this waiter alone left a bad taste our mouth and we will not be coming back to this location at all.

If I could leave zero stars for service I would. My family and I came to dine for a birthday and left deeply disappointed. After waiting almost 2 hours for dinner (with two young toddlers) we were not visited by a manager, simply told the restaurant was busy while we continued to wait with empty glasses and not offered anything further to drink. When I walked to the bathroom there were many empty tables across the restaurant. I couldn’t order an additional glass of wine because I knew it would be an additional 30 minutes like it was to receive first glass. Even if the restaurant was short staffed the managers should have been seen assisting. Even after working in the restaurant industry, this is highly disappointing and unacceptable. If this is a standard business practice I’m surprised the doors are still open.

I have eaten at many Cheesecake Factories across the country, and all but once I have gotten the same meal. I ordered that same meal tonight, Farfalle with Garlic Roasted Chicken, and it was so bland that I couldn't get myself to eat it. For the first time in my life, I sent my meal back to the kitchen. The bathroom was not well kept, the door knobs were broken in places and I came close to accidentally cutting my finger on one. One of the soap dispensers was empty as well. I am so disappointed in our experience. I also question the health inspection score of 100 posted on the wall. If given the choice, don't go here. This location is a disgrace to the Cheesecake Factory name.

Tepid and tasteless. We've eaten at multiple, different Cheesecake Factories; this one needs to be shut down. I was served tepid water in a broken glass. My meal was just warm when it was served. My kid got a fruit bowl with some pitiful blueberries. My wife returned her farfalle dish because it had no flavor. The bathroom was in a bad state - broken knobs, hole in the wall, out of soap. Just avoid it.

My family and I took my daughter to the Cheesecake Factory at Cumberland Mall, Georgia, and we had the best time this month (March 2024). Our server was Caleb. My daughter and I came here a few years ago, and Caleb was our server then too! It was a pleasure both times because his professionalism and genuineness remained consistent. We hope to see him again in the near future, at the very least, I will ask to be seated in his area. Thank you, Caleb!

I had the chicken piccata and it was great. Also, the server, Patty, was awesome.
