I didn't have any issues here. They put me on a door right away and started loading me 5 minutes later.

Checked in at 8, 12pm off the door , gentleman explained they were short staffed down the end of the building, but clearly saw them loading all the other trailers down the other end. TERRIBLE PLACE, dont take a load here

Checked in at 8pm for 9pm appointments. Got a dock door at 8:30pm. Off loaded and checked out by 11:45pm. Wasn't too busy, there were about 3-5 trucks when I arrived. Everyone onsite was friendly. Giving 3 stars for the time it took to unload as well as for the trash left in trailer from their load.

Think again about delivering a load here. Driver had a 9am appt and did not leave the facility until 6:30pm. All the broker (Best Logistics) wants to do is pay $150 for a layover that caused us to miss our next pick up because driver was held there all day. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be stuck there all day.

They are now on my "do not book lost"!! If I could give them a "0" i would. What's the point of having an appointment time if you are not going to adhere to it. Been here over 2hrs and don't have a door. Hell will freeze over before I ever come back. Not to mention the staff in the inside and the switcher outside are rude af and on top of that imma have to cancel my next load because I'm not going to make it on time. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Worst company to work for. The management team has thing called the buddy system and they are the worst. The point system is horrible! They want you to put the company before your family and health. The plant supervisor talks crazy to everyone. Yelling and saying call HR they ain’t going to do nothing to me in addition Kim the assistant supervisor calls the staff ghetto and other rude words. The work environment is toxic. They lie about your hours and don’t pay you the correct amount. Women are harassed by the management team and nothing is done to them. They will fire you without consideration to any facts! If I could give ZERO stars I would

Stuff is unfriendly, switchers on the yard extremely rude. Before you arrive dkhead switcher screaming that you should backup to parking spot, than you should go to office, than check in in the kiosk, guess what kiosk means... It's tablet on the wall. Than you have to wait for sms than put your trailer on the door, disconnect your tractor, and wait. And it's all in tight space.

Listen, whatever the 1 star reviews says prior to this post. You truckers better believe it. It’s time to start making these companies accountable for their own B.S. I won’t be delivering here anymore.Same way how these brokers grade us carriers on our performance to let them know if they want to work with us. It’s time we start grading Brokers/Shippers & Receivers based on their performance. This would put a lot of businesses under scrutiny!Hence, why I now see technology taking warehousing jobs!!! Hence, why I’ve seen big companies move their manufacturing oversees.

Will never do business with this company again. Poor leadership, poor work ethic, poor customer service, and etc.Find another distributor.. They won't be in business too much longer the way they operate.Corporate can't care about their brand by the way the bad reviews pile up with no resolution.Truckers, STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️

Excellent customer Service!! the guys are truly professional. They take the time to explain the process and get you loaded/ inloaded very quickly. Wonderful experience. These guys are truly the best!!
