Food was okay good. Not lovingly good but i prefer chipotle for its diverse food mix. One thing they never clearly mention in the bill is how my bill is always 3-4$ over the menu price.Also it’s not locates exactly where map says. It is in D concourse but slightly towards D29-D30 area. You can check the pictures for more clarification.

Disgusting service by the staff at the airport hartsfield jackson international airport. Staffs were very rude, making fun of the customers, playing on their phone , making the customers wait more than 30 minutes. Is that the service provided by the staff of chipotle??? This happened just now 3.30 and 4.45 pm 04/03/24 Awful service.shame on you guys.

The worst staff...hugging each other in front of customers...arguing about who gonna cook and fix food...wrestling with each other.....all while customers trying to order food before flight...they all need to be fired

Chipotle in the airport gives a vibrant taste to the standard Chipotle has. The food was fresh and hot. The taste was remarkable and I was hungry. Within a couple of bites I was amazed by it being in the airport no offense. Customer service was excellent and they warned up guest with a smile. From the beginning to the end. Thanks for great and quick service.

This is the worst CHIPOTLE I have ever been to. Rude azz workers and they always closing for an hour in the middle of the day because they don’t have any rice… Absolutely ridiculous!!!

During a recent flight layover, hunger led me to opt for airport Chipotle, but it was a letdown from start to finish.The entire bowl lacked flavor – the chicken, rice, and beans were all disappointingly bland.If you find yourself on a layover, I'd strongly advise against choosing Chipotle as your meal option. Save yourself the disappointment and opt for something else.The only plus was the friendly staff, who provided good service despite the lackluster food.

Stated 15 minutes to wait for rice, turned into a wait of 45 minutes. Management needs to work on their training.

I stopped at this Chipotle between fights. My first flight was delayed, so I was already tired and wasn’t able to get food until after 9 pm. Most places were closed by this time, but this Chipotle claims to be open until 10 pm.I ordered my food at 9:22 pm tonight, after having asked if they’re open because they were cleaning the serving area and unpacking boxes of drink inventory when I walked up. They said they’re open, but might not have what I want. I proceeded to order what I could of my usual salad, pictured, and a bit bare. I was still charged full price.At checkout, the cashier became flustered and rude with me because I ordered a bottle of water and had to explicitly ask for salad dressing and a fork. After that, I didn’t even bother asking for my receipt.I get that people have bad days and that working late sucks, but especially tonight, I wasn’t exactly in a position to sympathize.

Needs new management, staff is rude, closing early. I’m of this generation same as the employees, and I think we may be doomed as a society. They could not possibly care less about providing a half decent product to the customer.

This is the worst Chipotle I have been to. There was a plastic lid in the barbbcoa!!!! The employee would just scoop around it. There was no brown rice, black beans, chips, tortilla shells, or corn. I asked for a water and them employee said they were out but then gave one to a customer right after me. Horrible experience and none of the employees were nice.

They were out of some ingredients (at least the young lady let us know that in advance), but the shorter young man obviously does not care about his job -- flinging ingredients onto the food. I heard him get smart with customers behind me. Also at the beginning, no one was helping the young lady but you could hear people talking in the back.Just more of the downward spiral of Chipotle.
