I ordered online to pick up my food. I ordered double beef and guacamole and I didn’t get either of them even though I paid for it. The website said my food was ready but when I arrived it wasn’t ready. Horrible experience overall.

I don’t know why ITP Atlanta fast casual restaurants cannot get their act together. This Chipotle and the nearby Zaxbys are consistently bad and surely do not adhere to brand standards of service, food prep, food quality, and inventory. Do any competent restaurant managers exist in urbanized Atlanta? It seems not.

Quality of the food was abnormal. The white rice was overcooked and mushy and the lime flavor was lacking. The pico de gallo was not prepared correctly. The burrito was poorly wrapped.

I am a Doordasher, I arrived to pickup an order for a customer, and I kept waiting in the pickup line while other Dashers came and left with their orders. Since my order was nowhere to be found, I had to call for the supervisor on site, she was not able to solve my issue promptly and I kept waiting. Eventually I had to call the store number to see if they could help me but I was rejected by an answering machine. Finally, after 40 minutes of waiting, the supervisor told a crewmember to print my ticket at the Registry. Apparently she could've done that all along and chose not to. I was given my ofder eventually, but by that point one of my other customers cancelled their order and I lost money. Overall, the service of this place was terrible and failed at all levels.

This has to be the worst chipotle, the food is NEVER good . The black beans are under cooked and hard as a rock , I’m guessing because the line is always long and the rush to get food cooked . The protein is undercooked . The food station is always very sloppy with spills all over the counter . They honestly can never handle the rush . This place needs to retrain all the staff from front to back . Like get it together!

The service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced and I visit Chipotle restaurants all over Atlanta on a weekly basis. The girl tonight with the blond hair (very slender) act as if she doesn’t want to be there. She has a very bad attitude. I forget to add veggies on my bowl and asked her if she didn’t mind adding them and she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips as if I was getting on her nerves. Management, why do you put these employees on your front line if they are not customers service oriented. They should be in the back and unseen. Then, I get to the register to pay and the other girl is on her phone as she threw my bag at me like I was getting on her nerves. I really hope this review gets to corporate and some type of resolution to this horrible service takes place.

Don’t come here. Every single time one of my order items is missing. Not a single time have they gotten my order right whenever I come to pick up my order. Always just order in person if you want your order right.

Rude rushed service by male manager working on the line! Then when I realized I didn’t order my side of queso cheese because of the rushing then the cashier the crossed dressed man was giving me bad vibes and poor concern to me wanting my dip! Then because I planned to take my lunch break there I started with the dip and it was ok but the chips they gave me were stale and I asked for fresh ones they couldn’t give me any which was OK but I suffer from GAD General anxiety disorders, so ordering food sometimes come hard for me and I have a hard time in crowded places so asking for a refund was really hard just to be treated with even more hostility, as if I was irritating them all I wanted was to get some lunch and sit down for a bit while enjoying my queso and salad bowl!!! so be aware before going here if you struggle with anxieties like mine!
